As a relatively 'new' member I have been lucky to not get involved in the bashing. I fail to understand why fans are causing a problem.

I come to this forum to share my thoughts, read other ppl's thoughts and to enjoy the creativity here. I stay out of posts that look like trouble.

It is sad to see so many closed posts but if that keeps everyone on level with the rules then so be it.

A humble request to all: pls let's share our love and junoon for this show in a good way. Being critical is fine but let's not be mean.

Wonderful post.

But, what's happening here is only a reflection of what's happening around the world anyway.

Like you, I don't know who is who anymore.

What irks me and amuses me no end is that people here are able to watch the show with blinkers on...I really want to learn this art..how to watch a show while concentrating on only one's favourite.

Correct me if I'm wrong, a show is interesting and successful when we enjoying watching both the leads. How on earth is it possible to watch it only for one or the other alone?

I'm referring to posts that declare:" I'm watching MB for DD." or, "I'm watching MB for VD."

Weird.

Thank you for this Shifali! I was going to pm you to make such a post, but you beat me to it!!

Might I make a suggestion? Can you keep this thread open for a week so that people can talk about what behaviour hurts/angers them on the forum and then at the end of the week we can have some general guidelines based on that? NOT a rulebook, just some gentle guidelines.

This is our forum; let's not kill each other for no reason.

A much needed post for this forum!!

Honestly for me attraction never really was DD or VD.. it always was Madhubala ek ishq ek junoon and will remain the same.

But I guess problems in forums start when fans fail to realise that all actors are for our entertainment and they go home when their job is finished!!

What worries me is that fans fight between themselves for those actors which don't even know that they exist! 😕

And I would suggest that close those topics which create problems or are able to create problems just for the betterment of this forum.

Fans should understand that neither VD nor DD would want them to behave this way towards their co-star...they would want you to appreciate the effort of the whole team...
