Your "FQ" commentary can be started as a daily piece with something in the title like "THE FQ Chronicles" or "FQ Corner" or anything that you wanna name for your humour posts. This way everyone can eye the post through getting used to the title.

And another thing. these posts are hilarious and pleasing. The Mood is set with Acceptance. Then it can easily follow onto the Prodding.

To UP your standard to your satisfaction; which you keep dying for; may I suggest a genre ? Try Comedy of Manners. This would be elevated level of humour and definitely I need polishing of my rusting brain on that front.

Do think about it.

Shridevi

Edit:
When I say rusting ..I mean I fell out of society and its been 9 years now. And I can't still find a way into it. I was happy being a hermit until two years back. Then in 2011, I felt I am entering a social lacuna. Then my sister enrolled me into this forum when I was on my annual vacation. It certainly helps. Now I get to know something...the forum population. But I still miss the society that I used to know and made me heed to manners. Now its like I hardly care about any social diktats.

Excellent ideas litter this post like confetti. Thank you!

@Sridevi.. I second you, though I am still looking up some of the words you used in the dictionary.

@FQ.. Lord help me if you UP your comedy level. The Upstairs Chronicles of FQ. By the time I read a hundred of your posts, I would have managed half the stairs..

@Sridevi and FQ... Glad that I met you guys.. My vocabulary is increasing day by day in leaps and bounds.. Heartfelt thanks..

I mean, not that she just walked miles in the dark on the open roads or anything. Clearly it is sudden-onset-fear-of-the-dark-but-only-in-the-presence-of-hot-husbands-itis.

🤣🤣 hahah so true and apt, i guess the fear just vanishes when she is alone, but in the presence of her hot hunk hubby all the non-existent fears creep into her.

The security guard suffers from sudden technology amnesia because he clearly can use the phone, but went personally to fetch help. How devoted.

rofl 🤣🤣, I was like ha ha aab kaha koi milega, rishbala scene so audience ko dena hai😆

Madhu looks at her husband like he is the last bit of Lindt left in the world and she is in the throes of severe PMS. All the while being carried in his arms in front of assorted media. FQ faints.

not only u FQ, so so we, we all fainted, it was so dreamy

nice post FQ 👏

🤣
You get sandwiched between the ancient and novel. I am the ancient here 😉
Wonderful to know you too. Like feelings here as well. There is never an end to learn new things, new words, new ideas just need scraping of the rust.

That day, FQ answered my META post on RK and she rhetorically asked us, is it that the society has become an animal ? And are we happy with this state ?
I was so tempted to write back, yeah we are in the world of Houyhnhnms/Yahoos. Then I felt so insecure at being called ancient in this new-age forum, so I stopped myself 😆
So girl, you are not alone. By the time I catch up with you guys, may be I must have covered only quarter of the stairs.

Cheers.

FQ!! I NEVER do this generally, but what the heck 🤣 🤣 🤣 Great review! I've always been a fan of dry (acerbic, even) wit, so I thoroughly enjoyed this!

Honestly, the episode was SO predictable for everyone who has EVER watched an Indian soap... However, seeing as I'm besotted with RK, I'm not complaining. 😃 You know how Coleridge says that if a writer can infuse "human interest and a semblance of truth" into a fantastic tale, the reader wouldn't be concerned about the implausibility of the narrative? Let me add a corollary to that - if the man on screen looks as stupendo-fantabulously HOT as RK does, then, well, what narrative? I had to watch the episode a second time to understand what was going on because I was so busy drooling the first time 😃 😃

Hot husband-itis reminds me, did you notice how Madhu's limp is exaggerated around RK? Is that because he makes her knees go weak(er)? 😛

Oh and before I forget - 'IMPROBABLISTAN'! 🤣 Pure genius, that one!! That's what I'll always call the studio now...

p.s Thanks for the pm. I don't generally come online all that much during the week, so I tend to miss out on interesting stuff. Can I trouble you to keep messaging me each time you post during the week? Please? Thank you! 😃 [Notice how you don't get an option to refuse 😛]

I will forgive ou your drooling monsters with massively engorged tongues, because you are brilliant.

And I agree one hundred percent about the inclusion of RK making narrative a mere passing detail.
There is a new review of today's episode too --FQnama: how to use your wife for bicep curls.
