I LOVE that quote because its so honest and helpless in a way. From what i gather from your post is that Maddy has seen Rishabh at his worst - how low he can go, how villainous he can be . Rishabh has seen Maddy at her strongest and at her weakest. In a way, they both are raw now and vulnerable to each-other. Rishabh wants to own Maddy because that is the only way he feels he can maintan his 'am invincible' tag - she didn't salute me , so i bought her and now, she is mine. Maddy has given in to Rishabh because of her situation and for her its a battle betweem her mind and her heart which will continue for quite sometime. Rishabh doesn't understand emotions and Maddy will not want to understand the same. Even if love comes in , they will become even worse because they both would rather die , than admit even a flicker of feelings for each-other.

Maddy is not the kind to take revenge or be bitter and venomous - but she will have to tackle Rishabh . If she doesn't , he will consume both of them in the personal hell that he lives in.

Also there are hints RKs father is coming. So he might play a role after this marriage. Maybe for reputation he might force somethings, like taking Madhu to RK's mansion. Lot of other things will happen after marriage which will make Madhu to go from one shock to another and to recover from all this will take some time.
