(1) Ever since I saw that Usha was playing Mukund's mother, I was a little 😲👏. She's a great actress, and I don't think she would take a role that wasn't lasting.
So either, (a) RK doesn't succeed in stopping the Mukund Madhu marriage. Being unsuccessful isn't unheard of for him, where Madhu is concerned 😉. She marries Mukund and finds the marriage to be less than satisfying. RK continues his tricks (manipulating her into film work, and fanning further stories of an affair), and the marriage dissolves eventually. But in the interim he does love her (in a slightly less obsessive way), but for reason of her marriage she can never be his. Atleast not while she's married 😉 (that's what he'd think to himself 😆).
I find this the most unlikely scenario, but you never know.
(b) RK does manage to stop the wedding, but Mukund and his family stay on in the show. Maybe him and Trishna somehow end up married. 😕 Crazy, I know. But I have a hard time believing they're going to completely disappear. Maybe RK has a sister who falls for Mukund 😆😆.
(2) I've just watched today's episode and I'm a little 😲 by the interactions between Madhu's father and RK. Could it be, that just like in the real Madhubala ji's life, this Madhu will be torn between the egos of two men (her father and her love)? Will her love's inability (or unwillingness) to bow down and apologize (to her father) for his wrongdoing, be a (or the only) reason for her refusing him? For those who don't know (although I'm sure you do😊), Madhubala ji stayed with her father and died young because of a fatal heart condition. Her life was beautiful, yet tragic (and I don't use that word lightly. Please no one say how they want a "tragic" ending) and haunting. It embodied the very essence of old Bollywood.
Although the makers claim that this show isn't inspired by her life, could it be that although Madhu and RK do end up together, that a large portion of the story will be about Madhu feeling torn between the two men who love her most? She will tear him to shreds (as he'd eluded to in the press conference) not because of the wrongs he'd committed against her, but because of what he'd put her family through. Her father's being forced to read the newspaper article out loud would be reason enough. Imagine what else RK plans to put that family through. 😕
Attaining Madhubala's love will be entirely possible. But getting acceptance and commitment might prove difficult for RK. Not just from her, but from her family.
(3) On further thought, I also think that RK's father will not be a typical "positive" humble-man type character that I had originally thought. I think RK comes from a film family (like Madhu). What he said upon visiting Madhu's house was very telling. A good liar knows to blend the truth with fiction. So although he lied about wanting forgiveness, the part about him being raised with a silver spoon to his mouth, and never being disciplined or told no, is likely true. I have a feeling that speech will be a heartfelt one some day. He will acknowledge the way he was raised, the way he continues to be spoiled and abuse his power, and be regretful in truth. And Madhu (and her family) will look just as skeptical then, as they did in the past.
Or maybe she'll forgive him, but secretly, and he'll still have to prove himself to her family.
Who knows 😃. These are just some random things that I've been mulling over. Obviously I'm spending way to much time fangirling 👏😆.
