Here are my few suggestions with due respect to everyone involved. i will be talking about characters on the show only and no personal remarks. Here it goes:
1. My first and most important point is that the show started with a good story and good pace but after the initial week it became painstakingly slow so much that i could not bear it and therfore stopped watching.
2. Drashti has that bubbly and cheerful persona as well as image but the makers have made her character exactly opposite . She delivers her dialogues sooo slowly that sometimes i feel i am watching balika vadhu and also she has been turned into those female leads who hardly have any dialogues and is mostly listening or crying.I am so done with such characters. There is no harm in showing her as a normal girl who wants to be happy and smiles now and then (which also goes with Madhu's character sketch) rather than making her cry at the drop of a hat. Personally DD is no1 for me but i think her talent is not tapped well here and as a DD fan i am not very happy about it. . She has the potential to show various shades of emotions. I think she should be shown as a woman of substance who is working to manage her family. So she should be shown as a strong person and not as a bechaari abla naari (just like they showed during Mukund accident scene but before and after that they again turned her into a cry baby).
3. I cannot understand why Madhu accepted the proposal and why is she shown acting all lovey dovey with Mukund . This angle is totally unnecessary and i think they should have shown them just as very good friends and no love angle after Madhu tells no to Mukund after his love confession to her .
3. RK is shown too much in negative light even when he is the lead. There is no point in showing him outright negative rather show him with grey shades. I don't know they might show that later . But at this point too i think he is potrayed as a villain and it is not good.
4. For God's sake they should eliminate the character of Savita tai a.k.a. Mukund's mother. She has been given a character straight picked up for pavitra rishta and her character is a huge piss off and irritating as hell. i mean she was more than enough in PV and is totally totally not required here. She brings in oodles of negativity in the show. I feel that instead they should have taken a character who atleast appears to be normal. this character is absolutely irritating and indigestible and i fail to understand why they can't show a bride's side to reject the proposal from a prospective mother-in-law who is so rude and insulting and insinuating the bride's side 24/7 given that Madhu does not even love Mukund . So why the neccessity of accepting the proposal? Is Madhu's mother not worried about her future with such a saas? Also Trishna is elder to Madhu and no one thought that she should be the one getting engaged /married first (even though she wants to be a star, they could have atleast brought in that point) and i also doubt on Madhu's age , is it ok for her to be married off and is she even ready for it? All this was only brought for that news of RK-Madhu but in doing that they made the story suffer. I thinks the show promised to be different and they should deliver on that and make the story with no loop holes and open ends. That will do wonders i think.
This is what i can think off as of now . will write again if something comes to my mind. But strictly these is my POV and i intend to hurt no one and my intentions are in favour of the show coz i love DD and want this show to be successful for her.
