I love it that you want to defence him but this is the wrong way😕 Shabd is hurt because he over-modern ego thought Mahi was modern while she always weared Salwaar Kameez infront of him did all the sanskari things and now that he knows Mahi isn't modern at all he hates her🤢 And Mahi does really love him or else it wouldn't make any difference to her if he hated her😉

Sometimes married people do things for their significant other just to keep the other person happy. He is thinking this was a really important project and Mahi is the only one I can trust to do it justice.

Also, I he does not think the clothes are revealing, he just thinks of it as a beach outfit. So he just doesn't get her point of view. It's like how some people can wear shorts to the beach and some can wear a bathing suit.

Shabd thinks it isn't revealing because he is OVER OVER OOOOOOOOOOOOOOVER MODERN and Mahi would NEVER wear such clothes because she didn't forget her culture😃
