No one exactly knows 100%, but it was most likely those goons (that Guddu knew) that had come before the fire happened.

i hate that guddu guy i hate him cus of him the family got ruined ohhh i hate him so so so so so so so so much oh god and thats all cus of his greedy wife i hope she is dead i hope any ways i am a little confuse too any wait and watch

The hard way:

There was a huge gas leek or something like that and Moni or Raaji tried to make a dish and the house blew up!

Or the simple way:

The terrorist put a big bomb in the house and the house blew up..went on fire....argh whatever😆
