Even if her dad try to discipline Ishita now, mostly her mom will protect her and as the relationship between both parents is not good, it wont be of any use. Here first the relationship between parents should be good and respecting for the child to follow suit. Child is just reacting as she sees them.

Undoubtedly.........which is why I mentioned that he needs to discipline the child. But you are right the 2 parents have too much baggage that they need to throw out and their own relationship leaves much to be desired.

Well there is.... the parents of children who want to send their children in the entertainment industry.. should see this episode. They should realized that being in the entertainment industry is one thing but getting so carried away cos of some fame or awards is not good that too at the cost of education. Even if the child is famous he or she should not be overly pampered. They should let the child grow and act normally and not pressurized them with unrealistic expectations. Do not make them grow too soon, let them be children and act like them, let them enjoy their childhood.

Whilst I agree completely with what you have said about parents of aspiring or aspiring parents of children who want to go into entertainment...............that would form a minuscule part of the viewership..............and it is not just parents who are watching. Undeveloped minds watch as well as parents who sometimes do not comprehend the message but get overwhelmed with the visuals. I hope that they get the right message and do not ape the worst ......as it happens in so many cases.

Wow it was pleasure reading all these posts! All you folks had great viewpoint! Agree to most of the points made here. For me more than anything, what I got or learned from yesterday's was what not to do to make a child's childhood/early teens a complete mess

On a sidenote, silly funny question:
Did anyone find Avinash' father similar to a guy who used to play munimji kinda roles in 70's or 80's movies (that guy used to wear glasses though)? πŸ˜†

Isha, that what I always think.. this ME show as such.. not particularly this week episode.. but this whole concept and what we see on the show.. this ME show shows us what Not To Do with children, other relationships within the family. How Not to Behave or act or teach or do certain things in various situations which may cause trouble to our dear ones as well as us. Even though at times we know these things still looking at this kind of shows and the behaviour pattern of these people, makes us think more on these issues especially raising a child. Feel like every ME episode teaches something to us. 😳

In short, ME tells us What Not To Do.. πŸ˜›

Yup agree totally. Apart from a thing or two from Pooja and Zehra (positive), it is all about what not to do.

Let's see aaj kya hota hai. Haven't seen the precap so not sure.

Not having Surekha Sikri was good. I admire her as an actress, but she did not fit as a sutradhaar for such show.

Agreed ...ME probably tells us what not to do !

I usually ignore all the drama that they show. I am tired of drama on TV . Usually I only look for rules these mothers propose for new house. Thats the most interesting part for me. Pooja was indeed impressive.

This episode was a mess for me. There was no clear flow of events. Its difficult to conclude anything as reality may be completely different.
