She sighed loudly and frowned. Roughly, she rubbed her nose and scratched her forehead. She wanted to break something! She had to vent out her feelings in one way or another.

"Damini!" Prithvi, her husband, called and appeared at the scene. She gave him a look and again resumed her angry pose. Prithvi bit back a smile and walked towards her. He touched her head gently but she shurgged it off. Prithvi sighed and held her shoulders from behind.

"It's okay." He said.

"No it's not!" She said hotly.

"Koi baat nahin, agli baar hojaye ga." Prithvi said in soothing tone and she almost burst to tears.

"Kab hoga?" She said in a helpless voice which always melted Prithvi's heart.

"Hopefully, bohat jaldi. But filhaal tum tayyar hojao. Hum dinner bahar karenge. Your treat, my money." Prithvi tried to cheer her up and she walked away to get ready. Prthivi sighed and stared at the kitchen counter. This was the 8th time this week she had tried to cook something and failed miserably. And always, he had to make it upto her by taking her out of lunch or dinner and cleaning up the mess.

Shaking his head, he walked out of the kitchen to his room with only one thought on his mind.

"Things I have to do for love..."

I love the last line from "Courage, the Cowardly Dog"! Anyways, as I am literally dead on this topic, I might not reply to you. But still, tell me if you liked it. A very short scene but still...

That was awesome - can imagine Damini trying to cook and poor Prithvi .....the price he has to pay for falling in love with Damini Gujral

We understand them so well....Love them for that.

Together they have given us thoughts to ponder, dreams to dream....words to inscribe....stories to write....

@Zainab: It wasn't much....but maybe I will write something more better than this.

@Ivy: Sorry didn't know that there were any particular rules for the thread. I just wrote on impulse and all. Will do so in future!!! But, do tell me how to. I am kind of novice and all...BTW! Thanks!

@Achu: Lol, yeah PriDa is nice. But I am a die-hard fan of SaVni. Actually, not just PriDa but every little turn of LNMDJ as a whole has given us many things.
