Here Is The Update For 27th May, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
Episode begins with the unmasking of the three masked persons, and indeed the second one turns out to be Shona Das, not the third one as pointed out by the identifier. Just to recollect, The Captive Person initially had pointed to the second one before changing his identified person.
With this the identification parade failed and served no purpose.
S D, over the microphone, says she wants better food, not mushroom soup.
At The other room, three, the two Captains and the Major are crest fallen, for the Identity Parade proved inconclusive.
Akrithi comes out of a room and inevitably runs into Vidya, and says that by the look of Vidya's face, she had called up and failed, most probably into trouble. But Vidya says, that call indeed did not help Vidya and S D had given wrong information. Akrithi takes Vidya to task that she report the matter to the faculty and be done with it. But Vidya is hesitant. Reading her mind, Akrithi says, that Vidya is in a dilemma as to how to report the matter to the faculty, for Vidya would have to explain the telephone call.
Akrithi then says what ever Vidya does, it is her responsibility and decision, and Akrithi would have nothing to do with it. And she was getting late for her duty at the Cell room.
Vidya says that she would accompany Akrithi, as she needs to talk to S D and give S D a chance. Despite Akrithi's futile pleas to the contrary, Vidya accompanies her.
At Major Vaibhavi's Cabin, the Major is on the telephone and she motions the two Captains to enter.
As the two Captains seat, the Major replaces the receiver.
Major Vaibhavi says that Major General Gaur had sought a report on the inconclusive identification parade and is due to return soon.
Abhimanyu is of the view that since report will bear no evidence against S D, she would be let off. Gunny is frustrated. And is convinced that S D is indeed " Eagle", but no evidence to prove his theory.
At some point this meeting is interrupted by an army uniformed man and states that he is from an "Eagle" Operation Wing or some similar department of the Army. And he is supposed to meet Major Vaibhavi.
Major Vaibhavi asks him to deliver the message, he looks at the Captains, Major Vaibhavi says that it is alright that he delver the message, for the Captains are working on the same mission. The message is handed out from a brief case, messenger leaves.
Major Vaibhavi, on reading the communiqu, turns grim. And without a word lights up the paper with the help of a lighter. Finally she tells the Captains orders are from the higher ups that S D is to be terminated without further ado.
There is silence between the three.
In the Cell room, Shona is trying her luck with the guard cadet with some general knowledge questions, but fails to get answers. In this scenario Akrithi enters, and S D turns her attention on Akrithi, but Akrithi issues a stern warning ad then Vidya enters. S D is hopefully asking Vidya, if she had made a call. A tough looking and determined Vidya walks in front of S D and says her information, the one given by S D ; at the records department, the feed back was that one Shona Das was killed in an encounter or in a mission.
S D is shell shocked. Akrithi feels the script has changed drastically. Vidya prepares to leave, S D pleads her innocence by saying that records looked up might be wrong and may be that the date looked up, was during a period when S D was in missing in action, or the fact that she was some where in Ambala, asks Vidya to check at Ambala. Vidya says she cannot help, As S D pressurizes, Vidya gets into dilemma, Akrithi, asks Vidya to leave and report the matter to the faculty. Still S D pleads, Vidya is caught in two minds. Finally Akrithi helps and talks Vidya into leaving, S D pleading her innocence.
Vidya walks along the corridors and is about to enter Major Vaibhavi's Cabin, when she hears Abhimanyu making a case for S d not being " Eagle". He puts forth his view that without proper investigation and evidence to conclude, it is unfair to terminate someone. Gunny differs that S D is indeed " Eagle" or an informer of the " Eagle" as S D was caught under suspicion of drugging / poisoning the runaway captive man of the " Eagle". Major Vaibhavi is also in two minds and also caught between to follow orders of the higher up or not. She feels that S D is not Guilty until proven.
Finally the three end up deciding to follow orders of the higher ups.
Vidya, bit shocked, retraces her steps and goes back.
At the dormitory of the girl's, Vidya enters to Purvis chatter. Not getting an answer Purvi goes near Vidya to find the problem eating Vidya's brains.
Vidya presents her problem and Purvi too says Akrithi had mentioned the incidents and problem. Vidya seeks Purvi's help to go to Ambala. Purvi is reluctant as Purvi does not want to risk her ambition of being an Army Officer.
Vidya then says the hard facts that some years down the line Purvi Bist is happily a Major Purvi Bisht and One Day comes across records to prove S D as an innocent been killed. What would be Purvi's state of feelings.
Purvi then tell Vidya, on the positive note at Ambala, how to access the records room, and further lists out a fair amount of hurdles. Purvi to mentions Rummy too talks without proper flow of thoughts at times.
At The mention of Rummy, Vidya brightens up, and clarifies Rummy is the access to Ambala's records.
At The Cell room, Abhimanyu comes in with a bowl of soup.
S D and Abhimanyu have bit of light hearted talk, about not being married when S D mentions the fact that Abhimanyu's face looked as if his wife did not give him any food.
In between they have an exchange of looks in silence. Further they talk and a sad looking Abhimanyu rises to leave, S D as if reading his mind says that something is troubling Abhimanyu and that not for any particular reason that he, Abhimanyu, brought the food, it was like a jail warden took food to a convict to be hanged next morning.
Episode Ends on a long silent stare at each other ; Between S D and Abhimanyu.
