NAINA has confirmed from telephone calls to headquareters, it seemed that the mewspaper article was true afterall,,a certain rajveer was indeed killed last night ,,its body was lying in lilawati hospital,and was to be buried in near by cremation ground that evening,

with many hurdles jai had finally succeseded in gaining permission 4 visiting raj one last time,bt they were to b escorted by two three officials and the permission was only 4 15 min.. amin hadn't eaten anything from yesterday,she had lost her son again,the destiny has taken her child away from her again,,abu remembered raj ,he remembered how raj used to sleep only after saying goodnight to him,,there would b no more such gudnights from him.

the word "abu" in raj's viose was still ringing in his ears he would occasionally look backwards thinking raj has called him , and when he didin't saw him there,, tears would pour down from his eyes to his hands ,those hands which had been joined in prayer b4 god 4 rajveer's long and happy life,

amin was not crying ,her grief seemed far from shedding tears…

ud was sitting next to abu .ud unable to control his grief hugged abu in hope of some peace bt none came,ud remembered how raj stopped him from commiting sucide ,how raj helped him to b a soilder, he remembered raj's teachings,he always used to say,"ek sipahi apni aakhri saans tak ladta hai",and raj sir did fight till his last breadth,,even sona knew abt raj ,she was very quiet and looked at the ceiling with such an intensity filled eyes as if strongly hoping that her raju b would jump from the ceiling and say to her"APRIL FOOL"

Jai was looking at the beetle on raj's pillow,it was much easy to look at the beetle then to look at the extreme guilt and sadness bubbling hot inside him,,raj has gone he was no more ,,no more he would never cum back ,,what will they do without him,,and naina ,,raj ki maut to use jiteji mardegi,,jai buried his head in his hands,trying to control his tears.ali and puja had called yesterday ,they both had been to shocked ,ali had simply refused to believe raj was dead.they both were coming today ,to c raj 4 one last time..ali was only coming to prove to puja that raaj sir was not dead,they would arrive any time,and then they'll go to the hospital….

Huda was sitting with raj's letter addressed to them all, that letter seemed to b a far bigger reality to him,raj sir was dead,,dead ,huda looked over raj's writing hoping those cursive words will give him some courage some hope some comfort bt he looked towards the words in vain,,down in the ashram voices of children playing and laughing and shouting could b heard..it seemed incredible to huda that those children were not effected from rajveer's death,it was incredulous ,that there still existed things in the world to be laughed abt,,4 him his world now consisted of only darkness and despair,,

The doorknob turned and entered ali and puja both looking quiete deranged,puja's eyes were swollen..she ran to amin and hugged her,then sat quietly beside her with her head in her lap..meher put her hand over her head,,

Puja=="aisa kyun hua amin ,sir ne apna signal kyun kat diya ,unke sms k bina hum kaise jiyenge,,yeh nahin ho sakta na amin..raj sir kitni mushkilon baad humein mile the ,vo phir kyun chale gaye ,why ??

Amin==khuda ko shayad uski zyaada zarurat thi,,mera beta hai hi itna nek k sirf insaaniyat hi nahi saari kayanat uske noor se chamakti hai..dekhna ,bhalle hi allah talla ne usko bula liya ho,lekin mein apne bete ko jaanti hun vo bahut zidi hai .kisi na kisi tarhan vo humarre paas vapas zarur aayega!!usne vada kiya tha k vo ab hum ko chod kar nahin jayega..mera rajveer apni amin se kiya hua vada nahin todega…use chahe jitni bhi der ho jaye lot kar to vo ek din mere paas hi aayega….

Ali==aap log galat hain,rajveer sir ko kuch nahin hua ,vo zinda hain,,dekhna yeh sirf us lala ki chal hai,,sir sir ko kuch nahin hua,,,

Huda came 4ward and put his hand over ali's shoulder,ali turned around and huda sobbed over his shoulder, the final realization of rajveer's death came crashing over huda ,he could take It no longer

Ali in spite if his own pitiful state consoled him

Ali==huda bhai,himmat rakhhiye,khuda humara imtihaan le raha hai, hum kamzor kaise ho sakte hain, zarra sochiye, agar capt rajveer yahan hote aur aapko is haalat mein dekhte to unko kitna dukh hota ,unhone humein hameshan himmat se kaam lena sikhaya hai hana!!"

Jai was finding it too difficult to speak ,his hands were shaking and his throat quivering, he wanted to get up and go to the door,, bt his legs suddenly seemed to be made of lead….

And then he noticed something , while absentmindedly looking out of the window, he could see a lot of people roaming ,here and there on the street below, there were two or three flower shops ,tea shops and much more,, why suddenly in a day has the street become so much crowded?? He had a strong hitch that these were lala's men who wanted to stop him and others from visiting the hospital,..

Jai suddenly felt great ,if lala wanted to stop them from going to the hospital then there might b a possibility that raj was not dead ,that all this was fake……..

He got up ,looked around and noticed sumthong else..

They went to kitchen ,to living room ,in the nursery ,and then in the balcony,

allekh was sitting on the armchair ,looking over the crumpled newspaper which had announced raj's death a day ago,there was so much anger radiating in his hazel eyes that jai could feel its heat even standing a feet away from him,,naina was sitting besides him ,her face drained of any expression,jai might have thought that naina looked still as death bt these words send shivers down his spine ,so he immediately stopped thinking abt that……

huda==phoolan,, chal chalein

naina didn't reply, she gets up and looks towards allekh and gestures him to cum with them too..

allekh suddenly says

"apun usko mardalega,, kab tak intezaar karenge?? Apun usko nahin chodega,, !!"

Ali==allekh bhai,shant ho jayiye,der ho rahi hai,hum aur deri nahin kar sakte ,varna vo log humien raj sir ko dekhne ……………

His viose silentely trailed away to nothingness…

They all looked helplessly at each other,,they could only find despair ,sadness and dissapiontment amongst them,,then they all silentely walked away

Scene two==

Lilawati hospital was the same hospital where they had taken raj after the fire breakout at the base,, shalini was already waiting 4 them at the entrance ,,her eyes were swollen and bloodshot ,she seemed extremely tired and worn out as if she had not seen daylight from many days ,jai avoided an eyecontact with her,he was feeling very empty again,there had been no attempt to stop them in the way which made it clear that those extra people down the street were not lala's men….

The preceddings took unnaturally quicker time..

Now they were following a wardboy and were escorted by two armed personnel ,they were trying to move as slow as they could ..

4 everyone the sight that was awaiting them was too cruel.none of them wanted to meet it ,,bt then none of them wanted to miss it,,the glass partition arrived ,,they all looked through it ,,on a crude stretcher lay a body ,covered from toe to head in a white linen sheet,the wardboy went inside ,,,,,he was wearing gloves and was abt to unmask the prson below the white sheet,,

All the others waiting outside ,seemed to be stopped dead in their tracks,there hearts might have been hammering so fast now as if their hearts wanted to come out and collide with the nearest wall and get blown into smitherness ,,,,

The sheet was lifted,,,The uneasy moment passed,,,,

Only to be replaced by the worst feeling they could have ever known to exist in this world,their hearts

Were not hammering now,there seemed to be no hearts with them ,there hearts might have gone to the person lieing on the crude stretcher ,,

YES ,YES this was him him only their capt rajveer was lieing there,his eyes closed ,,,,,,

Naina kneeled down she could feel all her faith crashing down ,,all her theories were made instant lies by this one mere sight,,,,

Her eyes fogged with tears ,she looked on and on to that person lieing on the stretcher ,she could only hear light sounds of others acoompaning him,she didn't even take notice when a pair of hands picked her up,,no other thing held any meaning to her

And then then as if by miracle ….she noticed something abt the body ,,,,something no one else has seen,,,something that was the greatest relief to her

Something that proved that raj afterall did not lie to them

something that said Raj would fulfil his promise whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
