If u are using Windows XP u will be having a software Windows Movie Maker. Open it and import your video in it. Play the video and on the player itself u will see an icon with a camera on it. Pause the video and click it. Ur picture will be clicked and u can save it den.

hey, can someone plz tell me if there is someone who is doing the video update, nd if so where r the videos? coz I was tryin to find the links but couldnot find all of them like the ones 4 march nd april 08???

hey, can someone tell me if there's a thread for this tv shows that has links for video clips of lrl... like not the actual video update archive, but selected scenes..
