no she is not hopeless or spy but is confused like naina about her feelings as ali never ever confess his feelings for her how can she accept ali when she doesnt know that he loves her . she came in kma to find her ex lover but eventually she n ali became close but ali has his reservations n cant admit it to her. pooja was just upset n dissappointed as she has failed in love ... she is feeling used by rohit n is tortured by nair to prove herself .. she is in pain n if u have heart u will see it too as all her friends are feeling her pain n wants to help her out . ali is useless as he is too selfish abt his usools thats why pooja is so lonely
