Please discuss Rajiv leaving LRL here - Page 2

I dunno what to say....hope for the best for him if he leaves the show....and if he doesn't then well and good.....I know the show is going nowhere but it is intersting from the day 1....so even If Raj leaves I will watcht he show....atleast for other actors who r knew and they need encouragement.....and they r not bad...so I will b watching LRL....till it entertains me....as far as Rajeev is concerned....my craziness for him has declined like hell after this move of his

In my point of view yes lrl's storyline has gone weired and I agree with Rajeev that one should listen to your heart at any point of time but i also agree with jhinuk that in professional world one should always listen to his mind.

It is the fan following of Rajeev that made a not so popular serial otherwise a popular serail.Rajeev is one of the pillars of lrl when Rajeev has done so much for the Sabe people shouldnt they do something for Rajeev so that he does not quit lrl 😕

if rajeev quits..d entire storyline wuld be messed up....rajveers character is d main, so if he suddenly quits..wat'll dey do??
n d show itself is gonna lose out on a large no of viewers...
in d end..its d show which'll suffer....n m sure DJs know dat 2, n so do d SAB ppl...i no dey'll try deir best 2 make rajeev stay...n i hooe he sees dat d storyline istso bad n stays on...

i, myself, would continue watching the show because LRL in itself is a very popular and good show. and i agree if a actor leaves then the storyline gets messed up.. but LRL is quite popular in itself.. and even though a large number of people are watching the show because of rajeev khandelwal, there are people who will still watch it as sportsman spirit. i mean look at kahiin to hoga, even after he left, the show is getting quite good TRPs.. and shweta salve is still here, she attracts a fair amount of the male population..

and as for the right or wrong of rajeev's decision: i stick to my promise

All Rajeev fans are devastated by his decision of opting out of LRL. And if and whenever he does quit it will leave the ever familiar vacuum in their lives.

But look at it from Rajeev's point of view. He is an actor. He is doing a job. If at any point you donot like a job you are doing you have to move on. It is for the better, for your self confidence and success and for flourishing. If that job is done with an unsatisfactory heart and mind, that job gives out a bad result which in turn reflects on the person doing the job.

So here if Rajeev is dissatisfied with his job, he has every right to opt out as it will give bad results which we fans would never want. We would always want him to flourish as an actor and if that calls for him to opt out of something halfway then so it should be.

We must also not forget that Rajeev - the actor is also a human being and a mature individual too. He has every right to do what he wants as a free person. We as fans should only express our sorrow if he leaves LRL, but thats all. We have no right whatsoever to wish or convey to Rajeev to not leave. We must try and respect his wishes and wish him all the luck for his future and also hope that we get to see him more often in better quality roles.

These are my views, if I have unintentionally offended anyone then I clarify that it was not intended so.

Well, his leaving LRL.has left most upset n disappointed...i knew the day will come when he will quit ..but not this soon..mainly cause as a viewer LRL has not lived upto my expectations...not that i had too many but obviously when i see a show based on military i expect authencity..nope not a documentary..the drama element the luv story all are necessary to run a daily ..only if it runs parallel with the basic story line.. LRL has had its highs n lows...but yes it is much better that the sagas that one is subjected to...

Coming to rajeev n his decision...he has given an ultimatum to the makers n will see that if they live upto his expectations...it pretty much seems he is gonna bid aideu to the show. He makes decisions on what his heart tells him..but gray cells need to applied when taking u're professional life into consideration..I don't expect him him to be part of a never ending show..but after a 6 months brk..he signs on LRL..only to quit in 6 months..Was script narration so diff frm what act. played out ??

But all said n done ...it has every1 reeling with …the repercussions of this move.?? TV as in daily shows is surely a closure..i don't think any producer would want to deal with an actor who would leave mid way..cause they don't match up to his creative sensibilities…maybe hosting reality shows..or films..but TV actors n films are still ???...so the best would be producing n writing a show himself..which would be perfect..

Am not upset with him..i think the ultimatum was necessary for the makers to pull up their socks..which frm the last 3 episodes they have…whether this was before or after his threat to leave..who knows…but I think the makers are trying to put it together as of now..so I think Rajeev needs to give a chance to the show n pull thro'…The show has a lot offer n so does he if he wishes to..

At the end of the day his fans can rant, rave, beg n plead…but it doesn't make an iota of difference to him..cause if he decides to quit..he will...All his fans can do is wish him the best for his future…
