Sonali tries to instigate Amrita by saying that if Gaurav had an extramarital affair she would left this house. Amrita stops her & tells her that since Prateek is responsible for what all has happened, she can't let this ruin her own happiness as the family's wellbeing is associated with that too. It's the festival of 'Bhai dooj'. Vivaan brings a gift for Saniya & teases her. Prateek frowns looking at them. Lavanya & her family arrive at the Swaika House to celebrate the occasion as well. Lavanya performs an 'aarti' of Prateek first, while he sits there looking annoyed & irritated. Saniya fondly asks him to give a gift to Lavanya. He replies that he will gift Lavanya when the right time arrives. He leaves from there. Next, Lavanya performs 'aarti' of Gaurav and he gifts her a set of earrings. Amrita asks him to sing a song for her as well. Gaurav sings "Phoolon ka taaron ka" out of tune & everyone laughs at how bad he is at singing. Meghan performs aarti on Bobby & Vivaan. Saniya does aarti for Vivaan & asks him to sing a song like he did last year. He replies, "But that was for Trisha". He leaves from there as he's suddenly reminded of Trisha.
Meanwhile, at the secluded place, the goon is listening to the radio, where they are playing song dedications for their listeners on the occasion of Bhai dooj. Trisha, who's locked up in the next room overhears the songs & remembers it's Bhai dooj today. She recalls how she used to be so excited for this festival. She starts missing Vivaan & Bobby. She hears the goon leave the house. She gets a kitchen knife & tries to make a hole in the wall (to escape).
At the Swaika house, Kushan thanks Amrita for bringing their family together on the festival day. Bobby & Meghan decide to stay back with Amrita. Lavanya asks them to come along as she wants to spend the day with her family. Meghan tells her to stop pretending & asks her about any other festival that she's spent with them. Lavanya stands there shocked & speechless. Amrita tells Meghan to stop being rude to Lavanya. Meghan apologizes to Amrita & says that she wants to enjoy & have a night out with Amrita. Kushan approves of it & lets them stay with Amrita.
At the Swaika office, Neha tries to apologize repeatedly for not letting Amrita speak to him regarding the ransom money. Prateek rudely tells Neha to stop apologizing & tells her to leave. Neha refuses & kisses him instead. She tells him that she's been with him for 2 years now & that's why she knows how to handle his anger. Prateek tells her to call all the members of the Board, especially Kushan & Lavanya, for a meeting regarding the tower-project as he's got a special gift for Lavanya on Bhai-dooj.
Kabir comes to the conclusion that Prem's murderer must have hired someone to make anonymous calls on his cellphone, so that Kabir remains distracted while the murderer plans an escape route. He declares that he won't be falling for his trap & would not try to trace these calls.
At the board meeting, Prateek declares that since Neha is a very hardworking employee at his company, he's decided to promote her as the new manager of the tower-project. This shocks everyone including Kushan & Lavanya. Prateek asks Kushan to show his architectural designs. Kushan starts his presentation. Prateek interrupts him & asks Neha about what she thinks about the lobby designs. Neha replies since the tower will be built on a grandiose scale, this lobby is not up to the mark. Prateek agrees with her. Lavanya says that these designs were approved 2 months ago and any changes in the design will delay their tower's completion. Prateek says that if any change will improve the structure, then it should be included. He asks Kushan to come up with new designs by tomorrow.
Precap: Prateek tells Neha that he's promoted her only due to his revenge with Lavanya.
Amrita asks Vivaan about what he's done with Trisha. He confesses that it was only him who was attracted towards her, while she used to always consider him as a brother, and they never got intimate with each other.
