did they take it too far

I dnt know the characters names properly yet bt trishna's gay uncle did they take it to far by making the son a pervert as well. There is already so much hatred against gay ppl and than u add a son who is into his own cousin. Wnt ppl think that coz the dad is like that, that's why the son came out like that.

Well its true that most of the ppl dont like Gay concept but here his own son is gonna blame him more after he will come to know abt his father's truth.The characters are very well written in the show.

its a shame that theyre portraying the gay issue in a negative light when it is already scorned upon by the masses and it is a sensitive issue- yet mayb the serial will reflect the way it affects people in the present society, for instance, Gaurav may be a closeted gay/bi who is repressing his natural inclinations under the oppressive social structures, caught up in his marriage as gayness is prohibited in society and culture

true the characters are amazingly written. and ya that useless kid is going to blame his poor dad for all his mistakes. i dnt knw hw true it is that ppl dnt like gay concepts there was a show a few years back on star plus called maryada and the 1 son in the show was gay and the character was well received. bt than again this was on IF who knows what ppl really felt in their homes

# by having that one night with the other guy (whose name i cant remember) was probably liberating for a guy unable to confront his sexuality as he was raised in a society that condemns that but as a result it creates additional chaos as he was already married when it happened? - was he i cant remember hence the ?

totally agree on the highlighted part as well. at the comment the creative team have been very good in making their characters understandable and likable. i hope they dnt make it seem like vivian (thats the kids name right ) actions are a result of his fathers sexuality. i think he was married when it happened coz they said few years back if i remember correctly. and it must have been tough for him to suppress his sexuality the way he has done. the demons of his past are in front of him wit the guy that he was with as well as his sons behavior. its going to be interesting the way they tackle the issue and also bring in his spirituality as well coz i think that has been the main thing that has probably helped him not admit what he is to himself and to his family. it would be interesting if he is bisexual though lol,

Nothing wrong in being Gay or Bisexual, people are who they are. We don have the right to judge anyone on what desires they need in life. Culture and Society need a wake up call to the ' Rights and Wrongs ' of our society. Reality is they are worse things happening on our doorstep than a guy being Gay or Bi. Such a stigma our country has on this issue but not on beating ur wife, raping ur daughters, raping anyone because that is reality behind closed doors and accepted in Society.

Also trisha is equally guiltyt in the same manner ad Vivaan, itwas mutual attraction fthus logic, him n amrita are @ fault, an went wrong somewhere n their own parenting as much as gaurav n his seemingly dumb wife.
