Mintoo takes Babli to the hospital. But after she reaches there she wakes up. Babli wants to go home but Mintoo insists that she gets a check up done. Shubha and Nanda feel they are now half way there to becoming samdhans. The doctor does a check up on Babli and says that she is ok now. But its not good that she fainted. It is better she gets some tests done. It will cost about Rs. 10000 to get them done. As soon as Babli hears of tests she almost runs away from the doctor's room. Mridula asks Vinny if he misses Canada. Vinny says circumstances are such that he cant think of going back. He cant leave Shubha alone. And she doesnt have a circle there. Moreover Canada's weather might not be good for her health.
The bell rings in Pooja's house. Pooja carefully asks who is it? She hears the neighbour's boy. Pooja opens the door and to her horror finds Karan there. Pooja tries to shut the door but Karan barges into the house. (This really scared me!). Mintoo asks Babli why did she come out. Babli feels the doctor is out to cheat them by suggesting unneccessary tests. Mintoo tries to get Babli to change her mind. Babli doesnt want to do the tests as she feels she is fit. The tests will eat into their limited savngs. Finally he extracts a promise that she will come for tests the next day. In Pooja's house Karan burns Pooja's photo with acid...Pooja screams with fear. Karan threatens to throw acid on her face. He accuses Pooja of having an affair with Vinny. He says he will harm Vinny too. Pooja asks him not to harm Vinny...she will do whatever he says. Karan orders Pooja to leave Mumbai forever and return to Dhanbad and never to show her face again to him.
Vinny and Mridula keep talking...there Pooja hides in the bathroom and tries calling Vinny. But Vinny doesnt hear the phone. Karan suspects something is wrong and starts banging the bathroom door and Pooja has to come out. He asks her what was she doing with the phone inside the bathroom and snatches it. Trisha comes and interrupts Vinny and Mridula. She tells Vinny he got lots of missed calls. Vinny sees they are from Pooja and tries to call her. He finds her phone switched off. Vinny gets a voice mail from Pooja saying that she is leaving Mumbai. But he hears the door being banged in the background and gets suspicious. He comes to Mridula and tells her that his employee Pooja suddenly left the job. Mridula is surprised how could she do that and asks if she is married. Vinny says he is married and she seems to be in trouble. He needs to go and check on her. Mridula says she will come with him too.
Karan and Pooja are downstairs with Pooja's packed bags. He makes her sit in the car and tells her stay in Dhanbad forever. Vinny and Mridula are in the car on the way to Pooja's house. He calls up his secretary and asks her if something happenned with Pooja in the office. The secretary first says nothing happenned but then tells him that a man from the municipality department came to the office and Pooja was scared when she heard about it. Vinny and Mridula reach Pooja's house and find it locked. They ask the neighbourhood lady about Pooja but she says no Pooja stays there. But her son comes from behind and tells them about Karan barging into the house.
Beeji and the kids come to the hospital. Beeji has brought the money for the tests. Babli asks Mintoo from where did he get so much money. Mintoo says its the payment he got from his previous assignment. Everyone insists that Babli get the tests done but Babli is non-committal as she doesnt want to use up their savings. The channel head and producer are very happy with whatever happenned. The TRPs will be sky high. The channel head thinks Babli was doing a drama of fainting but the producer says she actually fainted. Channel head thinks that Babli is the perfect masala for their show. Babli and her family return home. The neighbours are there to welcome them. Babli thinks the neighbours are sad because they got eliminated. But they say that they are proud of Mintoo and Babli. He because despite not being a good dancer he participated to support Babli and she because she strongly supported Mintoo when he was insulted. Channel head tells the producer to get back Babli in the show. Right now the viewers sympathy is with her. If she comes back then they will again dance badly and get bad comments again. This will increase viewer sympathy for them and hence TRPs. He knows getting Babli back is not easy so he asks the producer to give her whatever amount she wants.
Preview: Tito-Tony call Babli and tell her they are not being allowed to sit for the exam. Babli meets their school principal and he tells them that they have been rusticated for not paying the fees.
