So painful😭😭😭😭 Decades have passed yet even now D is paying for other people's sins & mistakes. But the most painful is he is blaming himself for the roiling turns his life has taken.😭 There is nothing he could have done I want to tell him. It was all written, destiny if you will that he should be made to walk over hot coals each day of his life. Such a precious human being.I'd lock him away safely & throw away the key to keep him from the blows life loves to mete out to him😭
Awesomely made VM, Khushi.Superbly written episode,BB👏

So Dutta chooses not to tell anyone he has read the letter!? 😵 How convenient! Now what is his grand plan behind not telling Baji and Naku he read the letter and upar se hi hides it in the cupboard! 🤔

Yes Moontide, what are u doing for us tonight? A belly dance?? Pole vault? Pole dance? Song? 😳

I am yet to read today's part but I just wanted to add some thoughts from Damodar's letter...
One thing was obvious from the letter that if someone understood Dutta's pain it was Damodar. Like Dutta Damodar too made mistakes and went thru intense guilt. I am sure from now onwards Dutta will feel more connected to his biological father.

The most touching episode must say. Dutta tackled his grief, sorrow in his own style.
The more I am reading this story, the more I am missing it on the screen. But hey, it is the loss of brainless people who are never going to realize what they are missing. Once in a life-time opportunity. I am so glad that only us poor 200+ mortals are enjoying this epic in its originality.

Beautiful episode…Really miss LTL and Mishal's performance.

I think I will start watching LTL 1 again.

The scene between Dutta and Naku and Dutta and Baji was so beautiful…the hug just said it all.

Dutta is hurt and got a lot of feelings he need to sort out…before he will be ready to talk.

I do not think he got any plan…or any reason for not telling Naku or Baji about the letter…he is just not ready…got too much going on inside him…I think…he feel he need to be focus on how to protect his family from Nana and not talking about emotions and get out of balance.

He also need Naku and Baji's loved, understanding and support…the beauty about Dutta's relationship with Aayi, Naku and Baji is…he do not have to say anything…

I still feel what Dutta really need...is a long good conversation with Madhu and to spend more time with Sanjayrao.

Dutta will tell Naku everything…but when he is ready.

-Dutta and Damodar both rescued and married would be victims of women trafficking though their reasons were different - love/revenge for Dutta and honor for Damodar.
-Perhaps the only positive point Damodar always had was his dislike for what he calls 'deh vyapar'.
-The writers have nicely explained the reasons why Damodar stayed away during Dutta's years as an underworld don. And also why he came back. He perhaps would have never revealed to Dutta about his existence if he had outlived NS. But since he knew Dutta would be fighting with an unknown enemy due to him he did not want Dutta to be disadvantaged after his death.

very well put shreya! 😳
especially the last bit. we do understand now why he had that urgency to get to Dutta. and really, thank god he did not do that at least. in fact, i do think that he was a coward which made him run away from realities of life and also from the site after Shriram Patil fell to his death. Had he been stronger in his early days, his life would have been normal. By the time he really reformed and saw light in his life a lot was left behind. It is so amazing how almost every character has had his/her share of flaws... and there is no justification to some of their mistakes, but in the end things just fall into place... may be that is how life is also after all.
I think Damodar was a coward thruout. Though he says Dutta may have harmed himself if he came to know of his real father I feel Dutta is not really an escapist. He has courage to face the consequences of his actions. It was Damodar who had no courage to face Dutta until he got to know he is living his last days.
