Dear Bandbajao,
Oh God!! What have you done!!!!
Engrossed in the dramatic revelations of the last few scenes of today's episode, I was suddenly shaken by a few loud thuds!!!!!!!
Turning back to look at the source of the sound, what do I see? our very own Dutta-women making a bee-line for the openning in the door, peeping in, seeing Balu Dada and
...swooon...fall...thud...love struck silly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dutta too was looking at the scene...first open mouthed...then poor thing, his face crumbled like a spurned teenager. Thank God for Baji! he pulled Dutta's face towards himself and reassuringly said... 'Jaane de na Bhau...apan hai na tere pass.'
Right then Balu with a victorious twitch of his lips sat down on that rocking chair and the precap began.
But in the faintest gap between him sitting and the precap...I distinctly heard the man gloat...
"Rajjaa tu baas halwa kha, gaajar ke rang mein to main hi rangoonga inhe".
Loved Baji's jawdrop and Dutta's utter confusion on seeing Sanjayrao.
I mean really! We all knew this was going to happen. But these two were so wrapped up in playing the tough goon that they failed to check on Ana's Promo. Would have saved them so many bullets and two hurt BGs.
Today when Dutta's BGs started with flying colours, I said to myself, well finally! Finally these guys have learnt some efficiency. Guess I spoke too soon. I mean just trying to walk up to a house two of them got shot and had to be taken away by the others for marhampatti. Once again, for the umpteenth time leaving Dutta and Baji to deal with matters on their own.
Dutta and Baji entering the house was so much like the Anna track. The waylaying tactics and the decoys used to flummox the BGs.
One thing is for sure, Balu Dada wasn't expecting the duo, otherwise he would have ensured less bloodshed.
Dutta getting thus Zapped is a good thing. At least now he will realise jumping to hasty conclusions is not necessarily a smart move.
Must admit, Balu Dada's has his own style with options!!!...bandook neeche karega toh jawab dega...neeche nehi karta hai toh thok de mere ko seene mein...Wah Wah kya options hai!!!
But knowing our Gadha, I'm sure he will not ask the Qs that are haunting him the most. Will he muster the courage to ask point blank...tell me about my Dad, I want to know, know him better?
The life size Pic of Damodar and Dutta's reaction to the pic was one of those moments you simply savour and feel that twinge of pain in your own heart. Balu is a person who can help Dutta lay his ghosts. The problem is, will Dutta be able to let go of his ego to allow this man to help him?
Nanasaheb, I'm a wee bit disappointed in you now!
I know you wanted to apply the time tested formula of using one thorn to picking another. But tell me how does a vicious and calculating mind like yours forget the thumb rule of not underestimating your opponent? Especially since you have known Balu for all these years?
I'm afraid, if Ravindra ji doesn't pull up his socks he will soon have to helplessly watch Rajjaa and Chotu eating out of Balu Dada's palms.
He on the other hand will be left going round in circles within the layers of his own Chackravyuh.
Like Dutta, Nanasaheb too needs to know the truth about Damodar. My only worry is, that truth will devastate our Style icon. Frankly its Nanasaheb who I see getting more and more tightly trapped in the Chackravyuh that life has woven arround him. I am worried, really.
Though having seen Balu's fun loving nature, I think he will play a lil with Ravinrda ji before he fills Dutta in with all the details.
Kalavati made another showstopping entry. Said a lot of bhala-bura to Sudarshan. But I fail to understand one thing. Kala being the smart cookie that she is, why does she always end up with the nitwit Sudarshan?
Kala's surely dealing in white powder. And that may have a lot to do with the new factory coming up. I have a feeling, there's going to be fine fireworks at the factory openning. (provided the Mumbai weather doesn't play spoilsport)
One last thing,
Enjoying Balu's muhavras very much.
I thank the writer for having given him such a gift of the gab.
