My 1+ 1/2 penny's worth of bak bak,

I agree with all who felt JMM2 lacked much of the Tasha magic. Yet it had sooo much scope. But the way D-N was made to act, talk and behave, it was almost like they were on an austerity drive of some sort. Remember the scene where Naku bathes Dutta by the water body? She could just as well has been washing clothes or her pet cow.

There have been mentions of few scenes here. Even when Dutta wanted to trick Naku into saying his name, he hardly teased or pushed her. Could have been a spin off of the 'Bagon mein Bahar hain' type sequence there. But Dutta gave up too easily. Their first night of sharing a bed in that dilapidated place... there could have been a little hesitance, a bit of unsureness about them. So much that you wished for, because their relationship was blossoming under a new awareness of their love with Dutta having finally accepted his innermost feelings for her.

Coming to todays epi, it is very romantic yes.
But somehow I am very partial to that scene when after the Anna track Dutta and Baji have that heart to heart in the shack and when Dutta comes back he sees Naku in his room. The way both MR and MV did that scene it etched in my mind. And when Naku having made her excuse flies out of the room and her blue Dupatta touches Dutta and then slips out of his outstreched hand. That look on MR's face, that fleeting moment when he realises Naku has taken his picture, those flirting play of emotions that turn from a gadhdha type romantic to a sharp realisation to a half smile of pure joy, sense of victory and an earning to see her once again as he runs out to the veranda... OH for me that scene had a silent magic to it that held me in its embrace for a looong time, all hypnotised.

By the way Dutta is quite narcissistic ha?
All he sees in the mirror is Main achcha lag raha hoon????
Oh what have you gurls done to him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, this is so right. He can bear to look at himself only when he sees thru Naku's eyes. It was somewhat like what he had said to her on their second marriage night. That if I can look at myself in your eyes, then may be I will love me as much as I love you. D embracing N from behind is also a very posessive gesture. And trying to be eloquently romantic... just not Dutta's scene but he mannaged well 😊

Dutta finally manages the words to tell Naku he's mesmerised by her beauty!!!!!!!
The man must have got well and truely stirred.
He throwing caution to wind and assuming no one will turn up? (Did he not go thru last nights posts here?) Hmmm, finally losing control over that mind of his and giving in to the heart.
That flow of emotions, the hug tightenning and then that peck on the cheek. and then on the shift in intensity...

This episode is all about making you ache to see MR-MV on screen again.

Roopvati's entry was timed to perfection. No issues with TV censors 😉

The Dutta-Roops banter was just what was needed to cool the Forum down 😆😆😆

But did Dutta cool down as well?

By the way, for Dutta to have turned this romantic, we must aknowledge the coaching skills of some of the members here, who have, ahem... taught him a few things.

I also note,
The Episode has Baji grabbing Dutta's attention first, Naku came in second 😕

The precap by Huma is amazing visually.

Thank you so much Huma and Bandbajao.

(Sadly its mute to me, as I'm having a problem with my sound drive. Can someone please say what song it is? My fav D-N theme remains-Jana jogi de naal.)

Best part is, Moontide, that had it been kali Naku standing there - he would've been just as mesmerized by her. That's what makes the moment even more beautiful in thought.

@ blue - Yes, I agree that there was lot of scope in there 🤔. But I think the main reason behind overall quality of the scenes not being upto the mark during the last 2-3 months would be more psycological, from the point of view of all CREATIVE people involved (be it, actors, writers, directors, etc.) Everyone were aware of the changes that was going to take place, and everyone knew a "certain person" was out to ruin everything! So in such circumstances, definitely the motivation and creativity level of people would be affected, as whats the point of ANYTHING at the end of the day, when you know EVERYTHING is just going to be ruined ! There might have been continuous interference from the channel, which again would have affected and interrupted the creativity and efficiency of people who knows their work better! So the only thing they might be expected to do is, to keep doing what they are asked to do . Creativity is something that needs motivation to give your best, and with certain people around from the channel, how can ANYONE be motivated to do their best?! So I feel its not the problem with the creatives, but mainly due to interferance of the channel, that kept EVERYONE demotivated, including writers, directors, actors, etc. And creative field is such that it gets affected by such things. If the creatives of the show are left on their own, they can give brilliant stuff, one after the other, like how BB is able to do now, as she is not under the pressure of certain "ignorant" people. Its the original creatives of a show who knows the essence of the show better.
