@ mish, yaar sinus is basically ENT ear nose and throat conjession, mostly nose with me, mucus bolkage does not drain fast enough which causes an infection

Richmond Hill ....lol kinda far from my area ....used to go by there often when i went to Seneca College King Campus .....damn that was FAR to travel for two years I got up 5am every morning to get to a 8am class ....and I always came home late to .......memories😆

😲 as a student nurse lol I disapprove and encourage more fluid intake!!!! ASAP esp with a sinus infection......and you know water you should live off water.....btw big water person i don't drink coffee/tea or pop ...soo only fluid comes from water :D but seriously half a glass of water is not enough for anyone

i never used to my immune system was very good, but it seems that there are too many sick kids in the school, and this yr i have been sick too much, the whole of christmas break which was 2 weeks i was sick in bed, had to take antibio,, and did not even leave my bedroom
