@ Zuby: I agree. His dialogues in that scene struck me as a bit odd for D as well. I would've expected him to say something like "can't I do this much for you?", because he has said that before (when he brought her food at the end of her vrath in September), but he wouldn't say the whole pati-patni thing. It seemed a bit out of character.

@Zuby: Dont u dare stop posting! As for the Dutta...I saw the sher DSP who refused to bow before God. I saw him when he fought with Mahadev to protect his wife. I saw him when he humbly apologized to Mahadev when he realized his mistake. I saw him when he calmly hid his own disappointment so that Naku doesnt get upset when his eyesight didnt come back. I saw him when he looked after Naku despite she trying her level best not to be looked after by her God like husband. Thats Dutta as we know him..and love him!

So, Elysia you mean that he would have said that 'tu mere liye vrath rakh sakti hai blah blah toh fir mein yeh nahi kar sakta?' types? I think he made that pati patni in general wala comment because Naku started off like that..by saying that pati patni ke per nahi chhoo te....so he replied by saying patni this then why not pati that..instead of using tu and mein..
