My Workout Regime I love working out, and it is an integral part of my life. I dont have a regular time for working out but I make sure that my body recieves rest between workouts. I have set up a sort of a mini gym on the sets itself . Its very important to listen to your body and not to over exert. I workout for 45 minutes in a day, and I make sure that my workouts are intensive and I concentrate on one major muscle a day. So basically I have split my body workouts into a seven day schedule. Also as i said before, I make sure that my body receives rest and I split my weekly schedule in a way which suits my body, so if I do weights on Monday, I train in martial arts the next day. I try and balance my workouts but one thing I make sure is that I do yoga daily.
