Though I don't agree with everything that you have pointed out here...but your post, in its essence does echo my concerns! So, I'll join you in your plea to the CVs.

I understand that Dutta had to go through certain situations before his self-realization could be complete...I also understand the need to depict Naku's groW*H into Dutta's sahadharmini in every sense....but, but, I think we've got the point now! It's about time the CVs stop hurting and embarrassing us with a blind Dutta and a Godmother Naku! These roles do not suit them! Please get it over with and bring back the old equation between them!

If this serial does not improve its quality pretty soon, there will be no use in having only Mishal. It is as if the CVs want to keep Mishal in the serial as a dummy after having killed Dutta Sriram Patil. Just to spite us since we didn't accept the idea of his replacement.

Bang on dear... this is what was disturbing me from the past two weeks... people who r bad, who cannot accept defeat easily would want to hv their way even after loosing... so one still having the control can very well play around.......
@ Elysa.. thanks dear for coming up with this topic...The former CVs were clearly in love with the character of Dutta Sriram Patil, but the new CVs seem more in love with Naku as the next Don and the Saas-Bahu drama.
We want our old LTL back.... AND
YES we want Dutta Shriram Patil our Sher back... with Mishal....
we want those Tasha covos back
we want Duji scenes back..
Can the new team watch old episodes to know wa the fans r watching the story for .... the basic concept was Eternal Love Story and the Fairy tale....
Praying the CV's get back to the essence of the story... n hope next week things would be in place

The pre-Jan episodes were fab. Fab is an understatement. Every episode was total Paisa-wasool. Used to get a thrill watching each and every character. Anna----man👏 that was a villain without compare, Jagtap-great portraya of a man who loved and lost, AS-- loved the way she was always siding her son and his wife, even Kala was a good villian. But it is high time we got to know why she wants to kill the man who is feeding her and her sisters and their husbands.😕

Precisely. The big mystery that has never been solved. I know that the former CVs had a reason for having Kala turn out this way, but whether the new CVs have been "filled in", we don't know. Which is frustrating. I mean, I assume that the former CVs filled the new CVs in on the story and its characters, right? They know what the deal with Kala is and are going to execute everything in its right time and place?
Somehow, I have my doubts Confused
But yeah, the pre-January episodes were gold. Not a single doubt about that.

Baji is Dutta's best friend. He was ready to eat bullets to prove his loyalty. But, he can run the business without Dutta now???? So the moment Dutta is out of the picture, Baji is a sissy??? I do not agree with that character portrayal.

Naku is a very strong female. Anyone who has to stand beside DSP has to be as strong as him. Stronger perhaps, to be able to deal with all the anger and bitterness that fills him. She does not need a gun to show her strength. 😡 😡 😡

We already have a bhau who we love. He does not need to be replaced by his wife. Why can't she be strong without giving up her basic characteristics???? I can't understand what the Cvs are trying to prove with this line of action------That she will be Don if he does not return. Arrey, Dutta is Dutta and only Mishal is Dutta - He is beyond replacing and beyond comparison.

Right on, dear. You just mirrored my thoughts. It's not just a question of where is Dutta, but also a question of where is Baji and Naku. I'm still crossing my fingers that once Dutta returns, Naku will return to being her usual nervous, fiddling self, but with her new characteristics, I'm not so sure. I miss the Naku from the jungle. Yes, characters grow and change, but their essence should remain the same. It's not necessary for Naku to act like a Don in order to show her strength and control over the Patilwadi.

The pain of having loved the serial is too strong to allow me to watch it when it is ludicrous. I continue to watch all the old episodes. CAn't seem to fall asleep at night without watching one episode of LTL. But, I live in the hope that Mishal will be back in the Patil house soon and then this comedy fest will be over.

I'm refusing to watch the new episodes next week as well. I've been rewatching the old ones over the weekend and it hurts to know where the show is today, how changed. But like you, I still have hopes that the CVs ke brains thikane ajaye and they save it before it crashes.

Thank you, dear. I felt it was important to start this topic in hopes that the CVs might read it and realize that they need to be careful with whatever more changes they have in store.

hi Elsy!

ur absolutely right....... dutta is larger than life character, these people are bent upon making him ordinary................

he is don and his life is very adventurous compared to ordinary people..... a beautiful love story was woven by the channel people which glued so many viewers who grew on to be religious viewers of this show............

well that seems to be drying up slowly......... its very depressing because now its like we feel the main essence of the intense characters have been washed out and things shown seem like they are being done just for the sake of it........

hope people who are reading this consider your letter and r comments seriously..... and bring r favorite don DSP back, who fights and also knows to love his life and family passionately............

brilliant post..... i agree with your thoughts completely! now what? we fought for Mishal to stay back in the show and now we have to fight for LTL to retain its flavour and stay on track? God, we viweers seems like have to go to lengths to keep our beloved show intact.... how many times does the CVs need to be reminded of their follies? wake up CVs.... it is high time... we want our Dutta Shriram Patil back and with a bang! not a maimed version...

👏
I'm so tired of worrying about the show and the characters and the new CVs ruining it that I can't enjoy watching the episodes. But something that I realized is that maybe it's not such a great idea to not watch the new episodes, because that would only have an impact on the ratings of the show and I don't want LTL to hit rock-bottom because of less viewers.
I just want the CVs to realize their mistakes and go back to the former style before it's too late.
Gosh. I'm feeling desperate 😆

Couldn't Agree with You more Rose... Now we have understood the point.. .. even though The essence is Very much there but i dont want them to Continue with the Current Attitude of Dutta and nakusha... and i do believe that once Dutta comes back to Patil Wadi things will get back to normal.. :-)

I have one query though .. Why do most of u Guys Feel that the Creatives of LTL has changed? 😕 They are Very much the Same! im talking abt those Who are responsible for deciding the Tracks/ Twists in the Show.. then why this misconception ??? 😕
