My thoughts: The wedding and FR was a surprise. Actually I was so much expecting a dramatic FR and wedding that a normal one dekh ke i am thinking they actually gave up a mauka for drama? I am still wondering if it was all a dream. But I am happy with what was shown. Everyone was in character...that was most important. The wedding was beautiful. Dutta married happily and willingly. Everyone else reacted as they should have logically. And yes the wedding went completely with the first LTL promo. Naku's getup was also similar.
But I guess I am disappointed with two things. One is very less rasams for Naku vs Sups time. They could have shown the rasams instead of Ganpat-Babi etc. But I am fine with less rasams. I mean bahut zyada ho jata hain. Another jarring point was half marathi-half madwadi wedding. I wish we had got a completely maharashtrian wedding.
But if u notice Colors has preferred to have a simple wedding for veer and ichcha too. I think instead of wasting money of never-ending rasams they have decided to focus on post wedding stories of both couples instead of completely exhausting viewer patience as Colors isnt doing as well as SP lately. I am waiting to see how the post wedding phase is handled. I actually want to applaud Colors for not making the FR dramatic. All characters reacted to Naku's face as they logically would minus creative liberties.
