first of all guys i am soo terribly sorry for being MIA for such a long time..it was a real tiresome threemonths but now everything in track n can update again..i have not replied to comment but have each and everyone of them..n thanks u so much..10th chap is written will update soon..i know many of us are really upset with mishal leaving..even i am..so i really hope i can give some enjoyement with this ff..hope ull always like my ff...mwah to all of u

Part 10

Dutta was driving the car heading to PN..it was a long drive about three hours 'but still he couldn't help but smile'after three months he was going to get his wife home'and with her his little sister too..he looked to his side and saw naku looking out of the window playing with the mangalsutra on her neck..feeling his gaze on her naku turned and saw dutta looking at her..she smiled at him and signalled him with her eyes to look in the front n drive.

Dutta smiled back at her and look forward..after so long he felt at peace with himself'all the people he loved more than himself was in the car..he looked in the rear-view mirror and saw his lil sister dozed off at the back..with the movement of the car her head was moving around dangerously..he wondered how in the hell she managed to sleep'

The car bumped a speadbreaker..just before madhu's forehead could collide with the window..baji moved closer and placed his palm between the window and her forehead to avoid collision and gently steered her so that she would place her head on his shoulder..in her sleep madhu cuddled closer to the warmth and slept again.

Baji ..who had only meant to allow madhu use his shoulder as a pillow was not at all prepared to be cuddled by her..her face was lying in the crook of his neck and her steady breaths on his skin..her right hand draped across his stomach..he felt seriously out of place..he shot a worried glance in the rear view mirror to see whether dutta would be upset to see him n his sister in such a position..but all he saw dutta attention either on the road or darting longing glances at naku side of him.

Finally sleep overcame baji too..throwing all his inhibitions..he placed his arm around madhu and his head on top of hers and went to sleep..dutta looked up to check in the mirror how baji and madhu was fairing at the back..and the sight that greet him shocked him and he felt his eyes widening in surprise.

Naku who turned in the side to glance at her handsome husband..saw his shocked expression and turned at the back and saw baji n madhu cuddled up sleeping peacefully and she could not help but aww at how cute they looked..but realising that dutta was also watching looked worriedly at him whether he was angry but..wait a minute was that a pout on his face..naku watched as an adorable pout had formed on his face as kept looking backwards..oh how naku wished she could lean forward and kiss that pout of his

She shook her head to clear the thought that came in her mind.. placed her hand on his arm and asked what happened..dutta looked at her and said..how come these two who don't know each other have cuddled up and sleeping nicely..and you being my wife have not come even closer to me..or cuddle up with me..and then glaring at naku he said you don't love me'and turned his head to look forward.

Naku who was confused at his absurd logic..looked at dutta and said'now how can you expect me to distract you..last time you got distracted we landed lost in a jungle and I am sure..you wouldn't want to be lost along with baji and madhu as company..teasingly she placed her finger on his wrist and traced his arm from wrist to elbow and in a low voice said..now if it was only you and me believe me..i would have no problem distracting you.

Dutta turned and looked at naku green eyes..which had darkened..and realised she meant every word she said..dutta felt his throat dry up..and he looked ahead wondering when will he reach home fast..and have naku show him exactly what she meant by distracting him..he could still feel her piercing gaze on him..her eyes roving over him as if caressing every part it went over..he pressed his foot on the accelerator and increased the speed.

Dutta stopped near a dhabha to have a break from the driving and stretch his legs he got down from the car and signalled naku to wake madhu n baji while he headed ahead to make arrangement for them..as he stepped out naku turned and gently woke baji up and she too got down to follow dutta

Madhu slowly began to come awake..she knew she was sleeping on something hard and yet she felt so comfortable..although her hair really began bothering as it fell over her face..she frowned as she now had to leave that comfort and get up..but then she felt fingers gently tracing her cheeks and pushed that irritating hair from her face and tucked it behind her ears.

She became aware of a hand around her shoulder and another hand that enclosed her hand which is placed on the chest..wait a minute chest and her eyes snapped open..she looked up and saw baji looking at her..his gaze was so intense as if he was trying to read everything hidden in deep recess of her soul..his gaze so steady she could not look away from him..she tried though reluctantly to move from him..but found that she was caught in a strong hold.

Madhu knew she could break his hold..but she didn't want too..his gaze shifted across her face as if trying to memorize her features..her heart raced and she could not understand why she was giving him so much liberty..as his eyes fell on her lips involuntarily she fisted her hand which held his kurta..he released the hand he was holding..and still looking at her for any sign of discomfort gently palmed her face and began stroking her cheek with his thumb

Baji looked at madhu as her eyes fluttered close..he didn't know what possessed him to be so forward ..never in his life he came across any girl that caught his attention so strongly..the minute he saw her for some strange reason she drew him to her..he remembered the first thought that struck him when he saw her..he didn't know what it was love or attraction..but as he held her in his arm he knew one thing for sure..he will never allow anyone to take her away from him..he felt her breath hitch as his thumb traced the plumpness of her lips..her lips parted as he applied slight pressure with his thumb.

Madhu's breath quickened as she felt his breath fanning across her face..she could feel him coming closer....and suddenly madhu's phone rang and both of them sprung apart'coming out of the trance...she quickly moved and got out the car..baji shook his head wondering what got into him..n he too got out..n went to join tasha

Madhu moved towards the corner of the dabha..n placed her hand on her racing heart..god why was she getting such a reaction from him..she shook her mind to see who was calling..and smiled when she saw it was atharva..she picked the call n said hey atharva..

Atharva :was silent for a min n said what happened hun..why r u sounding so breathless..

Madhu: nothing..was just walking a little fast'u know me'

atharva (laughed): I know u..that's why I know u r not telling me something..before madhu could say anything atharva continued..but I also know u will tell me when I come back'

Madhu :'has anyone told u how creepy u r..always saying what is in someone's mind'

atharva.: it's not anyone..it works only on you.

Madhu: (thinking about what happened..n scared about the unknown feelings rising in her she wanted to hold onto familiarity suddenly asked) atharva..i sometimes wonder why we r not together.

Hearing this familiar question..atharva remained silent n then said..u know we are better how we are'besides I know u like bac k of my palm..n u know me..where is the suspense..he said cheekily.

.madhu :(shook her head.).u n suspense..btw why did u phone

.atharva :'.nah just checking on my do amol ratan..u n naku..reached home..

madhu :not yet.. will phone u when I reach'(madhu saw tasha calling her n immediately told atharva) ..listen have to go now..will call u at night..n madhu rushed to join tasha n baji.

They were sitting on a table with tasha on one side n baji on other..baji looked at her n smiled an unsure smile..madhu smiled back n was sure everything is alright btw them.

Dutta watched the interaction btw madhu n baji n wondered what happened'but then..their tea came..n everyone was enjoying the tea with snack'

suddenly dutta felt a delicate feet massaging his leg'he turned towards naku who was looking at him'her beautiful green eyes looking at him mischeviously..he looked forward trying to pay attention to the conversation going on..but was very distracted by her closeness..he turned towards her n glared at her hoping she would stop..but she unaffected by his glare..continued looking at him n smirked..looking at her smirk ..he knew he should have kept his mouth shut because now he was getting a full understanding on how she could distract him'immediately when he finished his tea..he got up and went towards the car waiting for others to join him..

Naku watched as her husband rushed to get away n stood there near the car waiting for them..she knew she was being forward..but then after so long she was with him again and she would not allow any distance between them again..her husband will have to learn..she turned to look at madhu who was looking at her knowingly n she knew that madhu guessed what had happened..n madhu gave her wink..she winked back at hey and continued drinking her tea.

Soon they got up n joined dutta..dutta gave the key to baji and told him to drive..n sat at the back..naku got in next to him..while baji n madhu sat in front..baji started the car..to continue their journey'naku watched her husband as he looked out of the window..she rolled her eyes and shifted closer to him'she saw a a smile playing on his lips..but he still didn't turn..she knew he wanted to see what she will do..well naku thought its time her saab knows what she is..and she quickly took his hand placed it around her shoulder and cuddled up to him'placing her palm on his heart

Dutta looked down at his wife and a beautiful smile spread on his lips..his naku didn't know how these actions of hers were slowly healing him..these three months without her was a shear torture and now being so close to her was like a balm to his torn soul..he placed a kiss on her head and leaned back and closed his eyes..and tasha went in a blissful slumber.

hope ull enjoyed this part..am worried writing after so long..hope have not lost the touch..next part they will enter PN
