Chapter 27

On the dance floor Sands' was still dancing in front of Baaji which was making Baaji nervous as hell. Aruji were laughing at Baaji's nervous looking face. Meanwhile, Baaji just turned his head for a moment and Sands' decided to play a trick on him. She smacked a girl's rear end in front of her and then moved out of the way. The girl turned around, saw Baaji standing there and instantly slapped him hard on the cheek. Baaji not expecting to get a tight slap brought his hand up to cover his slapped face. Both Arjun and Arohi were shocked to see that, as well as at the same time Tasha walked in with their entwined hands and saw the debacle of Baaji getting slapped hard. Baaji got extremely mad at the girl who tight slapped and said "Eh yedi! What is your problem? Why did you slap me?" He then started to rub his cheek as the slap did indeed sting his cheek. Sands' on the other hand was smiling at the victory she had just accomplished. The girl on the hand spoke up and said "How dare you? I slapped you because you slapped me on the ass. Such a pig you are." She looked at Baaji all disgusted and shook her head in no.

Baaji with a surprise look on his face, turned to look at Sands smirking. He knew in that instant that she had gotten her revenge on him for making her drink that milk. Arjun and Arohi approached the dance floor where they were standing "Sands what the hell?" Arohi asked her sister as she pulled her by the elbow. Sands with grin on her face replied "Payback is a B***ch isn't It." She stared at Baaji when she said that and with that had a victorious smile on her face. Baaji with anger on his face scratched the back of his head and said "So now we are even is that what you are saying?" Sands shrugged her shoulders and nodded her in an agreement. They all walked of the dance floor to the side where Both Dutta and Naku were waiting. Dutta had a drink in his hand and was sipping it slowly. Nakusha was standing in front of him with her back resting to his front. "Arohi what happened?" Naku asked her friend. Arohi relayed it to both Dutta and Naku what went on.

It was morning time and Sands' was sleeping peacefully. She started to have some sort of dream and all of a sudden woke-up in a sweat. She started to rub her forehead and neck and told herself 'What the hell was that?' She got out of bed and made her way to the bathroom to freshen up and said "I am dreaming up that stupid, weird and insanely dope head Baaji. What is wrong with me?" She smacked her head with the palm of her hand. She comes out of the bathroom all freshened up and sits on her bed and thinks. She starts to shake her head in denial and gets ready. Meanwhile, in Arjun and Arohi's bedroom they were both sleeping. Arohi stirs up a bit since she felt hungry, rubbed her eyes and saw her husband sleeping. She came closer to him and pecked him on the cheek. Arjun stirred up a bit feeling the kiss on his cheek and said "Good morning sweetheart." He turned to face Arohi who was beaming with a big smile on her face. He looked at her and brought his mouth up to her lips and kissed her. "Arjun last night I noticed something." Arjun quirked his eyebrow up and asked "What did you notice baby?" "I think, no I am sure that Baaji has some sort of feelings towards Sands'." Arohi told her husband with a smile.

Arjun sat up on the bed looked at his wife and asked "What makes you say that? I mean I did not notice anything like that in Baaji. The only thing I saw was anger in his eyes." Arohi sits-up as well and replies back "You wouldn't notice it, but us girls notice little things and trust me when I tell you this. I noticed the look on Baaji's eyes when Sands' was dancing in front of him. He was a total goner." Arjun shakes head in denial and says "Arohi please for the love of god don't do anything. I mean this Baaji and our sister. If he has feelings for her then he will tell her himself, but you are not getting involved or playing match-maker."

Arohi pouts her lips together and says "Arjun you do realize that this is Baaji we are talking about. The guy is Dutta's brother. I mean if the brother took so long to finally realize that he is love Naku, just imagine how long Baaji will take." As Arohi said this him she got up from the bed to head to the bathroom. Arjun realising what Arohi was saying took a big sigh and scratched his chin.

Back at the Patil Niwas, Dutta stirred up his sleep as he realized that the spot next to him was cold and Naku was no longer in bed with him. He opened his eyes and rose up in the bed. He looked around for his wife, when he finally saw her emerging from the bathroom. She was wearing a light pink sari, her long tresses were wet and she was drying them with a towel. She stopped beside the bed and saw her husband was awake. Dutta was amazingly mesmerized by the beauty in front of him. No matter how many times he looked at her, she was breathtaking. Naku jingled her bangles together to snap him out of daydreaming. Dutta blinked his eyes and realised he was staring at his wife. "Good you are awake. Go and take a shower." Naku told her husband with a sweetest smile on her lips.

Dutta got up and before heading into the bathroom grabbed her by the waist and pulled her full flush onto his. He brought his mouth down towards her lips and gave her a chaste kiss. He released her fast and walked away. Naku still in state of shock brought her fingers up and touched her lips. She let out a small smile and started to get ready. Dutta was standing in the shower with his eyes closed. He faced the wall with his front, with both of his hands planted onto the wall. He had flashbacks of the club, seeing Naku dressed up in that attire, some guy pulling her to the dance floor, and men staring at her. He opened his eyes and remembered dragging her to the corner and making love to her. He closed his eyes at the flashback of roughing her up a bit with the kiss. He closed the shower, stepped out and only to realize that he had forgotten to bring in a towel with him.

He slightly opened the door of the bathroom and yelled "Nakusha please hand me a towel." Naku who was trying to fix her hair heard her husband's bellow and shook her head. She got up, went to the cupboard and took a towel out. She knocked on the door and waited for him to answer. Dutta opened the door and in swiftness, pulled Nakusha in with him. He closed the door and slammed her against the door. Naku looks into his eyes with shock and says "yeh aap kya kar re hai?" Dutta grins at her and lowers his head towards her ear and whispers "Trying to kiss my wife." Nakusha upon hearing this blinks her eyes and pushes him away. Naku with a smirk on her face turns around to open the door, when all of sudden Dutta's full flush is on her back. His hot breath trickled on her neck and created havoc on her body. He slowly brings his hand around and grabs her waist. His hand is on the front of her stomach with palm facing. "I am sorry for being so rough with you last night." He whispers ever so slightly in her ear. She heard him apologize and said "I am not mad Dutta." She turned around a bit and kissed him on the nose. He closed his eyes and rested his forehead on hers.

Baaji was getting ready when he had a sudden flashback of the girl slapping him hard on his cheek. He lifted his hand and placed it where he was smacked hard. He then remembered Sands' victorious smile and he smiled too. He did not know what was happening to him, but seeing Sands' with that smile on her face made him feel good. He shrugged it off and walked out of the room. As he was walking down his phone rang and he answered it. All of a sudden his faced turned serious and he spoke on the phone "You wait I am on my way. I will deal with him myself." He shut his phone off and made another call.

Couple of hours later all three of them were standing and waiting for the guy to answer them. Baaji was getting fed up with guy and smacked him really hard. Dutta was looking at the guy and spoke "Look if you want to live, you will tell me where in the hell is Anna?" He yelled at him really loudly. The guy who started to spit out blood from his mouth said "Dutta Bhau I really don't know where Anna is. I do know this that he is working with somebody to bring you down." This revelation made Dutta angry and asked him "Who is he working with?" The guy barely able to gulp replies "I am not sure who it is, but last I heard it was a woman's voice. She was telling him all the details." Baaji, Arjun and Dutta with anger is their eyes could not believe that someone close to them was working with Anna and that to a woman. The guy unable to breath tells them "All I know is that Anna tonight is planning something. I know that he plans to hurt someone that is close to you." Dutta with anger is his turns his head towards Baaji and thinks in his head that the only that he is close or loves dearly is Nakusha. He slowly whispers her name out and says to Baaji "Call the bodyguards on Nakusha right now." Baaji was already two steps ahead of him and was on the phone with the guards. When Baaji's face turned in grim at the news he got. Dutta shot him a look and asked "What?" Baaji shook his head and looked at Arjun. He told them they have to go. They arrived at the scene where Sands' was sitting behind the jeep with the guards surrounding her. She had a cut on her head, bruises all over her face and arms. Arjun looked at the state his sister was in, jumped out of the car and ran towards her. Sands' saw Arjun coming and hugged him tightly. She was sobbing relentlessly and Arjun was trying to sooth her. Dutta walked up his guards and asked "Where are Naku and Arohi?" The guards told them that some guys ambushed them, and started to shoot. Sands' here took off with car with Naku and Arohi in them. The next thing they came upon is Sands' is lying on the ground badly beaten up. Dutta with anger balls his hands into a fist. Baaji walks up to where Arjun was consoling Sands'. He looks at her beaten up body, and tells her "I will kill them all who did this to you." Sands' upon hearing his voice raises her head and speaks with her eyes that she believes him. Dutta walks up to them and puts a hand on Sands' head and says "Nothing will happen to them. I will get them back and I promise you whoever did this to you will pay." Arjun squeezed her hard and wondered on how to ask her whether or not she was raped. Sands' understood their dilemma and spoke up "I am ok. I was not." All three of then released a breath, but they still wanted her to go down to the hospital.

It was a dark room; both Arohi and Naku were tied up together. They were struggling to get the ropes undone when suddenly they heard the door opened and saw their worst nightmare step in front of them. He smirked at both of the ladies and said "Welcome Mrs. Nakusha Dutta Patil and Mrs. Arohi Arjun Punj. Now the fun can begin." He cracked up a sinister laugh which echoed in the room and left both Arohi and Naku with frightened look in their eyes
