Its not the shock but guilt that is making her behave the way she is doing. She has already realised that Dutta has developed feelings for her. She confided in Babi yesterday as well. The guilt is killing her.

If you ask me personally from Naku's point of view then ideally she should have stopped him after he apologised to her coz I am sure she had the idea as to where this is going.. but that's a very practical approach.

I don't think he is taking her for granted Swati.. Didn't he ask her what is bothering her, if everything is alright with her when he started sensing hesitation on her part..He even asked Baji as to what is the problem. Both Naku and Baji denied it as usual so for him everything is good.

What else can he do?

Pleejjj call me ranju 😳😆 Actually, I've mostly thought from Naku's point of view and that's why I'd been annoyed with Dutta's attitude many times in the past. But now - at this point in time - Dutta is in the clear. His behaviour with her has never been baseless. When he brought her home after rescuing her the first time, he was always more considerate towards her than anyone else in the family. Then when he thought she had betrayed him so badly, he was extremely hurt and angry and behaved accordingly. His behaviour towards her has not been illogical.

Thats not the case with Naku. She tells him she loves him, shows her devotion in so many ways, and then when he rescues her from Anna and brings her home, she dresses his wounds, cooks for him and steals his photograph. And then when he proposes to her, she runs away. He doesnt know that Naku has been hiding a secret from him while telling him openly at every possible opportunity that she loves him. What is the poor guy to think....😒

I felt sad for both Naku and Dutta. Dono halaat ke haath majboor hain. Naku, can't accept Dutta's proposal knowing she has kept huge secret from him. Dutta has been rejected so many times, Now, after getting over all his previous rejection and accepting Naku's love, he proposes to Naku, only to be rejected, He is bound to feel hurt.

the reason he proposed to her in public was that last time he had humilated her in public....He wasnt expecting her to say No....or run away if thats what u all wanna put it as....plus, In normal circumstances, Naku wuld have agreed to him without any inhibitions of being in public.....she ran away not bcoz of public announcement but bcoz she doesnt want him to loose faith in life again and that she wuld do whether its in private or public....

I kinda liked how he wanted to get back naku's honor in public!

So, Dibya, my question to u is, what should he try to understand and how...I mean, u have Naku's data with u....he doesnt...so, how does he understand.....He is still in dilemma that why did Nku run away....was it No from her side..if she loves him and thats what he read in her eyes and she has been vocal about it then why reject him...was he wrong in thinking about her...wuldnt tht be natural now tht he doesnt have her real data...what he has is - Nakus numerous confessions, her attitude and action towards him that showed him the light at the end of the tunnel.....and suddenly, it seemed like she is switchign off tht light too....so, he hasnt passed a verdict but he is more than confused.....and with the past that he has with other gals, this just adds up....so, its natural for him to think the way he is thinking....

yes, what I wuld now want dutta to do is, ask her for an explanation....with Naku's constant confession to her love, he has a right to know why he was refused/stranded!!....and listen to her patiently.....

u r absolutely right...the guy needs to go talk to her...dutta can sense something is wrong, the right thing for him to do is sort the problem out..he just can't let it go whenever baaji or naku tells him that everything is ok...he shud realise that they r hiding something ...its so obvious frm their expressions..and btw in the past whenever dutta was in one of his depressing moods it was naku who used to take the initiative to talk it out with him and make him feel better...now when he sees that naku is going through the same kind of emotions he shud take the initiative....he owes naku that much atleast!
