But as of now Naku looks really pretty esp i Dutta's imagination with the dark coloring and unibrow. The clean teeth, combed hair and accentuating Naku's big eyes has made a lot of difference.

shreya i agree with u on the point that nakku was not in nakku like....thats very true..when nakku scolded subbu she was a sherni ..and even after that nakku was fully like nakku...

but to an extent i agree with what gp said.....actually if we consider mahi as an item girl then even i wouldnt have minded this dance number or even a more vulgar one...but when we are watching LTL we set our mindsets in such a way that expect mahi to be nakku like...nakku who is sweet and innocent ..but this dance number atleast for me was a shock 😕 though it was anna imagining it..yet , he was imagining nakku not mahi 😕 so its the same person ,whether it is nakku or mahi or whatever!..

and kshreya as u said gp is scared abt the face being revealed..yet she wants the revelation..but the point here is y is gp reacting like this to the fair nakku yet wanting the revelation???...she is reacting like this coz she found this nakku out of place but she has faith in the CV's that in the future track they will present nakku as a dreamy beautiful girl......

i dont knw if the CV's wanted us to hate gori nakku or not ..but after what they have done this has been the reactions of majority ppl...if they didnt want us to dislike fair nakku then they shouldnt have done the item song in that extremely sensual way...anna's hideous expressions were enough to convey to the viewers abt how he feels...but they focussed and zoomed at nakku's stomach..made her give those sassy looks ...i knw that its anna's imagination..but after all it is nakku whom he is imagining..and when nakku is presented like this..then most of the ppl will dislike her....this is my POV..

but i didnt like the way they introduced or presented fair nakku...see serials and movies are very deceptive yaar..i believe what u see unless u really knw what the CV's want u to blv...

when subbu explained abt her love story and anna also made arrangements for their anniversary we all that that their is a loving couple didnt we??thats because the CV's had presented it that way...but later when the CV's wanted us to knw abt anna's nature and also told that subbu went the wrong ways to achieve anna ..they started showing that anna has a wavy mind ...and thats when we CHANGED our perspective abt them...so saaki it is our INDIVIDUAL thoughts but these thought are being controlled and operated by the CV's ....i hope u understood dear...see even in news channels the media ppl dont tell us everything out and out they just present the news in such a way that we believe what they say..hum ushi par vishwaas karte hain jo humein dikhta hai....and finally as u said its up to us..our thoughts and imagination...


saaki maybe the CV's didnt want us to dislike fair nakku and we wouldnt have disliked her if she was presented as the dreamy nakku like how she looked in the white dress..but they introduced her with bold make up and suddenly got a sensual nakku as a dance girl in front of our eyes though it was anna's imagination but it was meant to be nakku😕 ..if they didnt want us to dislike fair nakku then they should have well thought abt this dance no. they should have thought that showing sucha think will effect ppl's perspective....

We certainly are in minority but then its ok .. Pata nahi I didn't felt disconnected with nakusha even for a sec! the same actress is playing her with the same intensity she used to play black nakusha.. And her face be it black or snowish white, i have nothing to do with it. her chemistry with Dutta is What has kept me glued! both character and acting Wise. Av dutta gori k saath romance karay yah Kaali .. it has to be Nakusha only! I have nothing to do with her complexion, I even loved and chemistry with dutta when they tried to gave her the worst getup in initial episodes.. i have fallen for her character and how its being portrayed with innocence and care! AS for Mahi.. I used to get pissed with her, but not Anymore! 😊 Its all Nakusha i care abt, and Naku is doing just Fine!

At first we were neutral...then we thought he's a nice man underneath in a stable marriage ie till he saw the pretty Naku and then started lusting after her thus again we had no sympathy for him or Subbu who had broken his marriage to another woman to get him.

Interesting point on how the CVs twisted Anna's character. Well, actually they did not twist it, they just elaborated on it. We knew Anna was sadistic...he was funny, but I always felt he was evil, and at some point they would have exposed him for what he was. We had two instances where we got tipped off about Anna's preoccuption with beauty--one, when he tied Naku to a scarecrow; second, when he said his wife is beautiful. Hence, when they showed him going ga-ga over Naku's beauty, it wasn't that big a surprise. Yes, he gave Subhu a rose, but so what. There are men who have a couple of girlfriends on the side who still tell their wives every night how much they love them, romance the wives, buy them gifts...so really, it's not that big of a departure from the behavior of some men.

And plus, the way they built Naku's story is that she is so stunning, that it touches some primordial nerve in men, who then want to come out of their neanderthal cave and grab her and do whatever they want with her, e.g. More, the street thugs, etc. So why not Anna too? Poor Anna, he's just a victim here...of his own genetic failings...JUST KIDDING! I'm being sarcastic here, so please no responses accusing me of being insensitive-- please oh please. 😆 😆

The point I'm trying to make is that the CVs as usual have surprised us with an unexpected situation--Anna being a perv on top of being a sadist. I think they set up certain situations, and we interpret them, but if we stand back and take a look, sometimes the CVs speak from both sides of their mouths. I love that about them. It's awesome to be surprised in a believable and realistic way, a la Agatha Christie.

@gp--nice thoughts girl!!...yes i do remember that u always reminded us that anna is evil...i remember that u had also started a post..and i was one of the forum members who agreed with ur point..didnt i??..even i felt that after all anna is an evil character....but gp some of us understand the characters well..we know what kind of a person anna was ....we were clear abt it...but if u do remember then majority members said that anna is not that evil..he is equal to any other don..we were falling in love with the man😆..oh yes we were and also fallin for his love story!😆 though a fake one...so to an extent the CV's do rule our minds..they can make us feel what they want to some extent...


what u said in ur last para is very righ! earlier we just came to know only one side of the story(love story form subbu's POV so we felt that theirs is a loving couple but later when the other side was shown we changed our views..)the CV's do speak with both their mouths..and leave it upto us to decide what we think of the story...😃

With regard to the dance sequence, yes, it was to show Anna's sick imagination. BUT, this could have been done in many ways that did not require viewers to feel ill or want to scratch their eyes out. 😆 You've got to admit, there was definitely a level of sensationalism to the dance--it was more provocative and perverse than it needed to be. Yes, I agree that there are probably more viewers who are ready to finally see the true face of Naku. One because of the ugly duckling complex--wanting to see something not so beautiful turn into something beautiful at least visually and also because we want to see the truth come out and the relationship between these two people begin. While our forum may consist of people who are more attached or aware of the show, I think it is a somewhat good representation of people outside of this forum. We all want to see the reveal, finally!, but it has to be done properly. And I think the CVs understand that this is a big change, inevitable, but still a change--and they have to be careful with it. If the audience for whatever reason does not like the story around the reveal or the fair Naku's new identity or character, then that is a problem...for the relationship with Dutta and the show's loyal fans. That's all I meant by it.

On the makeup, yes, the artist is good, although Kala's makeup is more Aashka's doing than the makeup artist. By "mistake", I meant that in that scene where Naku dances or even the marriage one, I think the makeup was just too much. There is beautiful makeup and then there is overdone makeup. The mistake was that, even though it was only Anna's imagination as we remind ourselves often, the image of Naku with that flourescent like makeup, the dance moves, it assaults the eyes, the senses. We know it's imagination, not real, but it sticks to the fair Naku nonetheless. We are only now seeing the fair Naku after a long time, and bam! we see her like this and not in her simpler, beautiful avatar. I tend to believe, a person's image in whatever context (somebody's dream, e.g.), leaves an impression, and for me at least, it was not pleasant. But that will change once Naku is revealed in her simpler more beautiful form, and we see more of her. I know many disagree with me on this, but I hope as the CVs move the story forward, that they cut out Naku's talks to herself about her beauty. It's ok to wonder why is it that my face causes so many problems? It's another to wonder "why is my beauty such a shaap? why do men only see my beauty?" Again, it's all semantics...but between those two thoughts I offered up, there is the difference between what is perceived as humility/honesty and what is perceived as self-centerdness. Perhaps I am reading too much into the words. But choices of the words by Anil make a big difference.

I would love if the CVs were able to confirm this or not--but I am convinced that they did NOT INTEND for people to dislike gori Naku as a result of her mini-speeches in front of the mirror about her beauty, or the "dance"...I think they would be horrified to know that some viewers had such an adverse reaction.

@bold---gp even i have the same feeling abt the dance...it was to show anna's sick imagination but his facial expressions were enough to convey ro us what he felt..murli is a great actor and we needent have an exaggerated provocative dance....i mean i dont mind the dance all all..but my point is that they shouldnt have given those close ups as u said...showing all that made us feel resentful..(at least for me and my mom 😕 ) so i have the same ditto feelings as u have...and thats what made me think that the CV's plan out everything...so they must have planned this as well..they know in what way they influence the minds of the audience so same might be the case here..so the thing is that we had already got the point abt his ill feelings but by giving this dance they also made us feel sick abt it(the dance)

almost all of us want the face to be revealed..but though we want it to be revealed, at the same time we we are expressing our liking towards kali nakku....another tricky point..if we want the revelation happen and if we want to have gori nakku then y didnt we like nakku the way we liked her previously when she wore the white dress?? and keeping this in mind y are we liking kali nakku more?...there is something to it...to some extent the CV's are tricking us...there are ppl who are clear about their thoughts like how kshreya said and sara said...they knw that this is their nakku same nakku but what abt the other ppl? their minds are ruled by the CV's..they blv what is shown to them.

awww gp this is not an adverse reaction at all..im sure that the CV's will present nakku so beautifully (after the revelation to dutta) that we all will love gori nakku ...the ppl who are liking kali nakku now will love gori nakku too...
i respect your thought that the CV's didnt intend to make us dislike nakku but what they did so far made us like kali nakku more and there have been a lot of discussions on how people felt gori nakku is not that acceptable to them...so if this was their mistake then PLEASE CV's be careful from the next time! because the visual sights u all show EFFECT people's perspectives a lot!!

You both are very clear about nakku's character. i respect ur views and empathize with u two completely..there are very few people who are determined about their thoughts they are clear abt the characters and theis views cant be effected by what the CV's show bacause u knw what the reality is...so u both come under that category.. 😉 😊 u feel like u are in the minority because mostly people are not so single minded clear and determined like you two!! even i know that this is our own very nakku i have no complaints regarding the way she speaks now or whatever..its the same nakku after all but this wont be the case with every one here !
so i would request the CV's to be careful about their decisions from the next time.they should know that the visual sight does effect people's views so they should be clear about what they expect from the public!!
