It is a very difficult balancing act for the CVs....stretching the romance too much or too little, stretching out the reveal too much or too little...and the thing I want from them is a surprise...the unexpected...the story as THEY want to tell it...or feel should be told. They've done a fabulous job already.

A part of me dreads them possibly extending the reveal even more because in some ways it is sooo absurd that Naku hasn't been revealed already. But I've suspended my disbelief for what seems hundreds of times...for example, it's pretty clear that it is NOT hair between her eyebrows, just a really badly drawn black line. Even Dutta has not noticed that? Does Babi think people are blind?Come on! With tears, no soot coming off her face. In the accident, her ability to expertly cultivate a fire and professionally readjust her makeup in seconds. I think I'm ready for a reveal sooner....every day that passes makes me dislike the secret even more.

How do you feel about that?

I have a feeling that before the actual revelation we will see promos. Like a lot of folks have written in several discussion forums that the ideal scenario would be where Nakku reveals her own truth to Dutta when they are alone and not him finding out accidently. I too believe she needs to be honest and tell him the truth but Nakku still does not feel he trusts and loves her enough to really tell him the truth. She herself is fighting an inner battle to tell him the truth and thereby change his mind. I feel tomorrow somehow he will either get cold feet or get interrupted before he is able to relate his feelings or even get to stop her.

Even in discussions before I've said I feel Naku's reasoning for not revealing is probably less about Babi or fear of creep men and more about her and Dutta. This current Naku is Dutta's Naku - that is how she sees it. This is the way Dutta found her and this is the Dutta that befriended her and confided in her. So from her perspective this whole getup is indifferent - it clearly didn't serve as a barrier from bringing them together so then why should it be the reason that she risk losing him because of his phobia for all things beautiful. What most people have chided her for he has been indifferent to and appreciated. Once the reveal happens it's just that the story becomes like any other story - all the other pretty girls on tv with their handsome men. Nothing out of the ordinary. Big don with his pretty girl is what it would then become. I do agree - their getup for her has been horrible - I cringe every time I see the unibrow.

I think you are absolutely right. Something will stop him, and most likely, it will be himself.

You know what it is that sometimes bothers me about the "charade"? Nowadays the story has become so rich, so beautiful, so "psychological" as we see the transformation in Dutta. It has been handled perfectly by the CVs. And then when I see Naku's getup, I get annoyed. It seems cheap in relation to the intense and transformative stuff happening within a human being like Dutta. It's too typical -- like other serials in its absurdity.

I totally agree with you on the post-reveal thing. I really hope the CVs don't go out of their heads even for a moment and make Naku a Mahi. Naku is a beautiful person inside, and she's supposed to be a beautiful girl behind that really bad makeup job....Mahi is a pretty girl, she models for a living. Someone mentioned this earlier, she is NOT Aishwarya Rai-like, a stunning beauty. I do NOT want to see the CVs dolling up Naku--she is not supposed to look like Mahi as a model. Mahi has a natural prettiness and that is what I want to see come out in Naku. If they screw the reveal up by pushing the "beauty" thing too far, it's going to hurt the story, and make it too "serial-typical"

Loved today's update and it all seems awesome but it also seems so quick in one way - no brickbats please - am not complaining about today's episode but rather what it foreshadows. I agree with the above written that they really should drag the realization and falling in love plenty. Because after that and the Aana track what is left is revealing her beauty (which I in the minority am NOT excited about at all) and then this show becomes just like any other show post-revelation. I really hope this current track and then Aana track that is to follow takes it's own sweet time.

Naku's telling Dutta in his dream that she isn't pretty by face but pretty by heart combined with his turning away from the supposedly beautiful Seema in the dream means there will be a long stretched out track for her revelation (but I guess we knew that already) - however I don't think that will be as exciting as this realization and falling in love and the coming moments/circumstances that will bring them closer. So really they gotta milk this current track combined with the pending Aana track and make it last for a while!!! At least I sincerely hope they do.

You are not in the minority. I have seen what rushing of tracks can do to a show... There have been literally overnight falling of love by protagonists in daily soaps that rip a show off from its freshness and the anticipation factor. BVD suffered with the same fate and although it took a year for the hero to accept the heroin as his wife, it was still not handled with the delicacy that was needed. The worst part was that everything happened in a matter of 2 weeks, which was too rushed a pace.

I watch LTL off and on..But Dutta has been a favorite character of mine for a while. However, for the sake of the show's popularity and for a better future, I hope Dutta realizes his love over time and I hope Nakku doesn't reveal her true colors (i.e. true skin color here) until he is madly in love with the person Nakku is, and not her exterior beauty..*crosses fingers*

But I fear that Dutta is going to feel dejected and lied to again once Nakku's true beauty's secret is out.. For some reason, he's not going to understand her reasoning behind it.. That could be a separation/anger track for Dutta-Naku in future.. Let's see 😉

It's tricky to walk between the tease (long-winded, stretched out track) and the absurd (overnight realization of love, although I suspect that all come to such realizations pretty quickly, so perhaps it is not so absurd after all. Now whether we do something about it or not, allow ourselves to feel it or not, obey it or not, now that can be the protracted part...the tease).

I don't know what the CVs will do, but I do want them to reveal Naku's face. Let the cards fall where they may. It's been way too long and absurd already. My own personal take on it is that I already know that Dutta loves Naku for all the right reasons, and if he admits it to Naku once she reveals her identity, it won't change anything. He fell in love with Naku the person. Just the timing might be off. And I'm pretty sure if Dutta tells her he loves her after she reveals herself, she will never doubt why...even Naku knows what it took Dutta to get to that point, and it wasn't her face. So, in a way, I'm hoping (fingers crossed too!) the reveal happens soon. 😛 😃

i think the face revelation is going to be a huge high point ,. just as much as duttas fallling in love. but to be honest the more they drag the revelation the less of a charm it will be when its revealed. itll just be boring cos weve been waiting for it for so long. saying this, i dont think nakku will reveal her face yet nor will dutta confess his love. but definitely naku should reveal soon depending on whether dutta still wants to part ways or give the relationship a chance. i dont think theres a question of dutta taking it in a bad way,,,he will definitely take it as dhoka. the longer the truth is delayed the more of a deliberate act of dhoka it becomes. i also didnt like the idea that even while dutta is dreaming he is recognising that nakkus face is NOT beautiful, but OF COURSE she does have beautiful heart...cliche cliche. nakku has every right to be recognised as beautiful in all ways

It makes better drama, ratings even, if he gets pissed off, doubts her, they separate, etc. But I think it would not be realistic...especially now.

@Guys : I am fine with no confession tomorrow. I dont think he will confess tomorrow . There will be interruption and I believe it will be Anna who will interupt them. It better be Anna and story goes in that direction. Now that Dutta started realising love, it will be fun to watch him do things in love, feel love and act in love......... I want him to want Nakku's love. Its good he fell in love today, but then it still feels that he got here because of that external pressure (jagtaap's) ....... and not by himself. So it will be fun to see what Dutta will do now ,when he has no external pressure and is left to himself....... He will feel love, will try to tell Nakku abt his feelings in his own absurd way 🤣.

Iam sure Dutta wont develop any cold-feet. That aint Dutta. He always spoke what was in his heart, so if he feels love he will tell it if given a chance. So if proposal needs to be pushed back, TaSha need to be diverted.

As someone mentioned in here, the distance between them(on the road) suggests that they will be interrupted. They are almost on the either side of the road so I think there will be a vehicle in between them trying to kidnap Nakku for all I can think of ........... something will sure happen and it will definetly not be a proposal tomorrow..........

If Dutta realising love is so awe-worthy ........ his proposal will be double awe-worthy 🤣 ............... now after watching today's episode , I can wait for the proposal......... Let my pyara Dost shower in this lovely feeling called Love for sometime.............. he longed for it so long, he needs to enjoy it to the core..........like Nakku did at the "mera chaand dutta sahib" scene........

This proposal will be a big high in this show, so I will be glad if CVs can take all the time they want to drag it........... now that Dutta is in love , it will be more intense of a story .......... and there will be lot to show in the story ..........

Anna kidnaps Nakku and hides her from Dutta , to torture him ........ That will be fun ............ Dutta missing Nakku ....

About Nakku revealing her face ........ as much as we hate it , Iam sure it will be when its least expected and will throw Dutta down the hill and feel betrayed. Hope iam wrong and CVs wont go the conventional and cliched way and give us something to cherish ........
