I'm a bit late in sending this out, but I still can't believe Dutta actually convinced himself he was falling for Supriya.

That girl was like a bobblehead...so empty-headed, so lacking substance. Aye Sayib sure knows how to pick 'em. Pretty on the outside, but lacking everything on the inside.

Sometimes I've got to wonder about Dutta and his poor confused life. My advice: stop listening to your AS and your sisters and go with you gut, as you've more or less done in other areas.

Jeez! How can someone be such a black hole like Sups? 😕

Yeah, for someone who's a big time don Dutta Bhao is a little too gullible! 😆

Thankfully, he didn't fall in love with her at first sight. He thought she was pretty when he saw her but it was AS who set up the marriage. And then, of course, begin Sup's drama and Dutta grew dumber by the day, which is no reason for not seeing that your heart isn't into this girl. But Dutta misses so many things right under his nose unless it's some gangster work.

I dont think Dutta was in love with supriya. he was convinced he was in love with her by mainly naku and AS. looking at it from dutta's pov he was certainly right in convincing himself he was in love with supriya...she was going to be his wife afterall. he thought thru her his life wud get a semblance of normalcy and he from his end tried to make things as smooth as possible for supriya for the compromises she was making by marrying a gangster. but i am sure in the future dutta will be thanking supriya for going away from his life otherwise he wud have never realize naku is his soul mate(or maybe realized too late).

I completely agree with you ksh. May be Dutta has not realised that Nakku is very close to his heart and that's why her actions affect him the most. Unknowingly Nakku has touched the core of his heart and we should just wait for the moment when this dawns upon on Dutta.

I agree with Shreya.

Dutta has trusted her & was happy that he is going to have family with a gal who understands him & who can see the blood in his hand & who accepts his "Bhaupan" more than his inner Dutta.I think,thats what his biggest fear.Whether ,gal whom he marries will understand & accepts his proffession or not?Whether she will support him or not?Supriya with all her "Nautanki" made him believe that she does understand him & has accepted as he is.But,that was not true.Thats it.He didnot fall in love with her.He just got satisfied that she will understand him & can have family with her.When his trust broke by both Supriya & Nakku(which he thinks),he gave up the idea of "Some gal will ever love him,understand him,understand his proffession or understand his inner untold pain or talks".

I do blame Naku a bit for not telling Bhao when she initially was confronted with Sups & Ravi. It would have devastated him, but to still encourage him to make Sups his bride and sub thik hoyega, was dishonest, and ultimately blew up in everyone's faces. Am I getting it wrong? Was Naku naive enough to think Sups can all of a sudden love bhao, fall in and out of love....Naku of all people should know that's not possible, given her love for Bhao.

gp, I think we all agree that Naku was wrong in not telling him. She should have told him such a big thing, but she simply couldn't when she saw him all hopefull and happy. Love is blind and it can turn intelligent people into complete fools ( take the case of "Bernard Bouriscot" for example). Naku wanted him to be happy so badly, she wanted everything to work out for Dutta that she simply wanted to believe Sups. She didn't really trust her, though. Otherwise she wouldn't have followed her everywhere around sending out a message to her (Big Sister is watching you, or something like that).

Still, it wasn't right and if Dutta had a reason to be really angry, than just that she kept this secret from him.

Even if Naku hadnt been blamed for helping Supriya run away...Dutta wud have STILL been angry with Naku. As he said who was she to decide on his behalf how he shld handle Supriya's affair.

As for why Naku believed Supriya...she didnt completely but she is besotted with Dutta...she cant see why anyone would not love him and prefer Ravi over him.

Shreya- and everybody else- sorry, I think my last sentence is quite messed up. Thinking in one language and writing in another while being sick, distracted by something like a football match and kids refusing to sleep though they have to get up early tomorrow = nonsense, I guess.

I meant it exactly the way you wrote it. Keeping this big thing from him is the only reason he really has to be angry at her. I know I definitely would be angry if I were in his shoes.

Nakku can be blamed here for only being blind in Dutta's love,if this is a mistake.Dutta everytime keep saying,"Whatever is happening is bcoz of u" to Nakku when he accepted Supriya.She kinda take responsibility to make her Saab's life.And,when she saw her Saab very happy & dreamy about his life with Supriya,then she herself took the right to decide what good for her saab.This can be one perspective

Another is that,Her love made her think only about Dutta ,Dutta & Dutta.She was not able to think Supriya would love Dutta or not.She just want Dutta to be happy by hook or crook.Didnt think for a moment as well ki "Supriya can betray her as well".When,Supriya started her "Nautanki" that she will forget the past & will move on with Dutta,Nakku got a ray of hope that she still has chances to bring happiness in his(Dutta) life.That is what caught her the most bcoz at that moment she just wanted Dutta to not break & lead a happy life.She knew he was changing & wanted him to be like that forever.

So,she didnt speak to him.It is not like she is naive.Definitely not.But,she just had only one thing in her mind at that moment "Her Saab's Khushi".
