I am not sure if anyone else knows what it's like to watch TEN LTL episodes in a row especially when ONE episode gives me enough to think about and write a TIN. Needless to say, my brain is OVERLOADED right now. It's absolutely fried! đ OMG! So much happened! I am not even sure where to begin - but I know I cannot write a TIN for each of them (Don't want to stress myself and get sick(er)!). So instead I am going to ATTEMPT to maintain my sanity by summarizing all the main points I noticed (the keyword here being "attempt"). đ¤Ł
- In the past ten episodes, I've noticed that Dutta's been trying really hard to "accept" and "love" Supriya. It might seem like he's just given into the idea of "love" and he's totally smitten by her, but it's actually quite on the contrary. I feel that he's been working on it every day - he has to keep reminding himself that he needs to trust her and believe in her. When she pushed him to go to the mandir alone, I could see his defensive side go up - like he wasn't sure if he should trust her and he even passed some very probing remarks as a result of it (the one about her thinking about her "future" after they got back from the mandir). Dutta's instinctively apprehensive of Supriya - everything she does raises a red flag in him. But Dutta is the kind of man who lives up to his word - once he's committed to something he is going to DO it, no excuses. And I feel that's what he's doing - I have NO complaints about his "affection" for Supriya because he has promised to marry her and it is but natural. But I know that he doesn't believe it entirely and THAT is giving him a hard time - he doesn't trust her "affection" completely but being the gentleman that he is, he is going to honor his word and try his best! Even in yesterday's episode when he was telling Baji how Supriya's calmed him down, it was like he was telling himself over and over again just so he could get himself to believe it too. I mean we all know Dutta does not need to SAY stuff - he's a man of few words. So the fact that he keeps repeating that "Supriya's the one" just makes me feel that he is trying to TELL himself that he needs to trust in her.
- By the way, just a small thing - but does anyone else feel that Dutta's "calm" and "peace" is a result of Nakku and not Supriya (only the guy doesn't realize it yet)? He keeps saying that he's "relaxed" now, that his restless is put to ease - but it was only after Nakku convinced him time and again to trust someone and it was only after he "vented" to Nakku (at the river bank and in his room later) that he got his "peace". All he needed was someone to understand his transition from Dutta to Bhao and accept him (like he said yesterday) and that someone is NAKKU not Supriya because he hasn't even TOLD Supriya yet. Now, if only Dutta CONSCIOUSLY knew who was the reason for his "inner tranquility"! (He knows it's Nakku subconsciously - now if only he realizes it too!) *sigh* Why are guys so oblivious when it comes to love?
- Kalavati, Kalavati, Kalavati! *sigh* Is it creepy that I adore you so? I think I've begun to go "gaga eyes" every time she appears on the screen! đ Only two people have this affect on me - Dutta and Kalavati! *sigh* I do not even need to say how much I loved the episode for April 2nd - I was cheering, rewinding-and-re-watching and clapping with the utmost enthusiasm the ENTIRE episode! I LOVED how she seemed so genuine through out - when she saw the mavali with the gun, it was absolutely natural for her to doubt him and not her "vahini". She was the "perfect" sister and sister-in-law then! And once she "found out" that Supriya and the mavali were together, I LOVED how she visibly shifted her loyalty to just Dutta. And that's how it stayed - she was "sympathetic" towards the couple later sure, but even then her first and foremost loyalty stayed with her brother. AND she left NO chance to push that fact in the mavali's and Supriya's faces - that she was NOT their ally out of choice and that she was NOT on their "side"! That she was just helping them because it was the "right" thing to do - but she was not enjoying it or approving of it! As much of a lie as that was, I am awestruck at how she managed to make it seem so GENUINE! I loved it! Every time she's make them squirm with her "dhokebaz" and "jhotan" comments I would laugh with such amusement! Am I a sadist for enjoying those two squirm so much? I LOVED how she asked Supriya what she's "asked for" at the mandir! And then how she made Supriya squirm at the haldi ceremony with NOTHING but just one LOOK! *sigh* I think I'm in love. đ And I am not ashamed to admit it! I think I love Kaala! đ
- Nakku - It's all about Dutta's happiness to her. That's all that matters. In the mandir, she wouldn't go up so as not to "be near him" and so that her "nazar" doesn't mess up things for him. After wards in the car it was all about him being happy - now that he was happy and in love she had NOTHING more to ask. At the haldi, even though she was in so much pain (and you could see it) when she was asked to put on haldi, one approving sentence from Dutta and the most heartbreaking smile crossed her face. *sigh* And if all that wasn't enough, she was hurt, angry and disgusted FOR him in the parking lot once she saw the douche-bag-couple (I don't know what else to call them, but more on that later). She was enraged and fearless! NO ONE else mattered and NOTHING else was important - not their pleas, not her life and not money. NOTHING! NO matter what happens she had to let Dutta know - he had to find out these liars! That was Nakku feeling FOR Dutta - what he would feel and how he would react. But once she got to the room and heard Dutta's "optimism" she started thinking for herself - she started thinking how SHE thought it would hurt Dutta. And no matter how strong we are and how much pain we are willing to endure for love, there is one thing we are not strong enough to do - and that is to decide how much pain is "bearable" for our "love". When it comes to the person we love, NO amount of pain is less enough - everything is unbearable! And it is true - as frustrating and "logically stupid" that is, it's true. I would never be able to decide how much pain would be "bearable" for those I love - but if it's about me, I'd be willing to take on anything for them! *sigh* Which is why I am not upset or Surprised that Nakku decided not to tell Dutta - she even asked Supriya to marry Dutta so that Dutta's happiness would stay intact. Logically, we know that makes NO sense - why would someone who doesn't love Dutta make him happy? We know it's better if those that betray us once are not given a second chance - but Nakku so desperately wants to "fix" it all without causing Dutta pain. It's really heartbreaking to see her try even when she knows how futile it is - she KNOWS Supriya cannot be trusted (especially after her "I'll keep an eye on you till your wedding" comment) but she WANTS so badly to believe her and to trust her, for Dutta's sake. *sigh* I understand her turmoil completely - if only I could give her a hug and tell her it's all going to be okay.
- The Douche-bag Couple - I have NEVER in my life come across a more stupid couple. NEVER! The mavali comes to the mandir hiding behind pillars and playing James Bond but then he keeps popping that revolver out in broad daylight? Way to be discrete dude! And then the girl, Supriya - do NOT even get me started on her. What is with the dramatics?! Just run down the stairs and into his arms or some nonsense like that - Nakku caught up to you on the stairs AFTER she went and checked up on Dutta. How freaking slow do you walk? And YOU ran into Nakku at the mandir because you were too busy looking behind you, but then you stand there and "yell" at the person you hit? Why wouldn't you just apologize and keep walking? Or did you forget that you were TRYING to get away? And then the whole "main akeli nahi rahongi Ravi" nonsense - I am sorry, but Dutta has not done ANYTHING to you. Jab us admi ne kuch KIYA nahi toh WHY IN THE HE** are you so "afraid" of him! Let him DO something and then you can go around complaining about living with him! He's been nothing but nice to you and you are worried about living alone? And Ravi - PLEASE tone down the dramatic dialogue delivery! Sab kuch saans kheench k bolna zaroori nahi hai! "JAAAHN lee ley ga!" "RUKH jao Nakku!" "AAAOOO Supriya!" - WHAT IN THE WORLD! Your weird dialogue delivery gave me whiplash because I kept expecting something "phenomenal" to happen with every sentence you spoke. For TEN episodes. In ONE day! And what was that "AAOOOOOO Supriya!! AOO!" from behind the flower shop at the mandir? That was the most wuss-like thing I've ever witness. I kept laughing through most of it and when I wasn't laughing, I was asking "Are you for real?!" aloud. And let me not forget this - you are trying to run away from someone's house, someone who threatens you. But you still feel the need to "hug" and get "romantic" in that said person's PARKING AREA? Seriously?! I am flabbergasted by your stupidity! And if that wasn't enough, you pimp your girlfriend out AGAIN (who is stupid enough to agree to it!) by hinting that she should agree to marriage with Dutta! Nakku ne poocha because she was helpless for Dutta's happiness - but TUM logon ne haan kiyoun kiya? Such. Freaking. Idiots. *deep breaths* *trying hard not to pop a nerve out of anger* Idiots! đ¤Ź
- Bajirao's the best friend in the world! I love, love, love his relationship with Dutta - he's a friend, a confidante, a "right hand man" and then he's also there to be Dutta's "punching bag" when needed. All this without any expectations for return. I love it. But I do have one complaint - I wanted to see him put haldi on Dutta!!!! *hmph*
- Leela and Roops do not like Kaala - you can see it. Leela keeps trying to "probe" Kaala for a reaction and that ends in her being insulted completely by Kaala! And Roops just keeps trying to "suck up" to Kalavati - which annoys Kaala too and so earns Roops an additional insult. This is such a "parasitic" relationship for everyone involved - Kaala enjoys playing off of the two sister's stupidity and the two sisters just tag along with Kaala because it's better to be "with" her than "against" her. I would love to see how things would be if they were to be pitted against Kaala - needless to say I'd totally be rooting for Kalavati! đ
- SETHJI! Oh how I've missed you kid! He needs to be around more - I really really miss his presence! đł
- Kishore is brilliant! I don't know any everyone else but I was in splits watching his scene with Kaala in the bedroom! LOL! đ I feel he misses the "good ol' days" with Kaala too - days when things were simpler between them. đ¤
Hopefully I'm back now and I'll be around more like before! đ And if this wasn't nearly as acceptable as the previous TINs, I do apologize - there was no way I could be detailed about every episode and still get caught up with the show (no matter how badly I wanted to be detailed about all of them!). đł
