Things I Noticed - 03/11/10

• Did anyone else think that when Supriya was shown in the same frame as Dutta (as she was walking towards him), he looked annoyed with her presence? I don't know if that was intended or just one of those random things - but if Dutta was really annoyed by Supriya, then to him I say "Welcome to the group!".

• I don't know if it was just me - but when Aayi Sahib hushed Roops by telling her that she won't understand since she's not married yet, did anyone notice how Kaala gave her a "What do you have to say about this?" look? Maybe I was just seeing things... 🤔

• Did Leela just call Nakku "Kallo"?!?! Seriously?! Woman, have you SEEN your husband's face?! You are in no position to hurl insults at anyone else for how they look - not that it would be okay for you to do so if you were in such a "position"! CREEP! 🤢

• Leela was so rude to Nakku until Kaala showed up, and then she was all "Arey pagli... blah blah blah". 🤬

• I know Kaala is supposed to be the "bad guy" here but I cannot help but fall in love with her grace and wits! I absolute loved how she camouflaged her intentions in sweet talk but still managed to get the point across loud and clear! She asks Nakku that surely her and her mom would have found a suitor for her by now - and further more if the guy is around here somewhere. The look that Baabi and Nakku exchanged at that comment clearly showed how she'd touched a nerve with them. And ALL this she did without being "rude" or "stupid" like our temporary "alpha dog" (Not!) Leela.
  

• Did anyone else notice how Dutta was looking in Nakku's direction, but as soon as Aayi Sahib called to Nakku his head jerked in Aayi's direction until he caught himself and sort of "restrained" himself, returning to looking at Nakku... Anyone? I thought so... *sigh* 😍

• Some stupid logo was blocking Dutta's face as Nakku walked towards Aayi - but from what I could see, I realized that he was TOTALLY following her with his eyes! Can I be Nakku for a day... What?! ONE day! *sigh* 😍

• Aayi tells Nakku that she has auspicious "kadam" and what does he do? He looks down and smiles an acknowledging smile - as though he KNOWS that she's "shubh" for him and he loves that! *sigh* 😍

• And then when Aayi tells Nakku that she brings good luck to Dutta, Nakku immediately turns to him for acknowledgement - she wants to know if HE really thinks so! And again, Dutta assured her with a smile and a "blink" of the eyes. Subtle yet endearing - I love it! 😃

• Can someone explain to me why the "mavali" looks bored/pissed-off?! By now I will settle for ANY other expression on his face than the one he wears 24/7! ANY other one - it doesn't even have to make sense with the story line! Just as long as it makes it bearable for me to look at his face. 🤢

• Nakku and Dutta exchange a smile - as though both of them are really happy with the respect being given to Nakku by being asked to join the pooja. I love, love, love how they both share their happiness and pain with each other first before any one else and WITHOUT the use of any words. Love it! 😃

• When Nakku was sitting in the pooja waiting for her turn, she looked like a little kid on stage - eager to know what was going on but enjoying the happenings at the same time.
  

• I loved how Baaji looked happy for Nakku as she sat in the pooja and Ganpat looks proud of her, but what amused me the most was how HIGH Sudarshan looked! With those big eyes about to "pop" out of his sockets, he looked totally dazed! Bwaahahahahahahaha... 🤣

• All throughout the pooja Baabi looked "tense" and "worried" - I think Kaala's comments were still running through her mind and she was trying to make sense of them.
  

• Did anyone else think that when Nakku looked up at Dutta the first time (before her turn) she was thinking about how she was "helping" him get married and consequently losing him? Not that she was complaining - just that she was realizing that little fact about her loss all over again. And then she accepted it and bowed her head back down.
  

• Nakku reflexively pulls back her feet when Supriya's mom touched them - I felt it was because she wasn't used to people "touching" her feet (or any other part of her) out of respect. She was always "touched" to be made fun of, humiliated and maybe hurt - but never to be respected (unless it was family off course and NOW Dutta and Baaji (probably) make the list too).

• Can I say I love the realistic "orange-ish" color on Nakku's nails?! That is such great detailing of character presentation - usually "poor" characters end up having full manicures and pedicures. I love the creatives for this show! 😃

• So during pooja Nakku looks at Dutta for input and he smiles to reassure her - I really like how Nakku feels comfortable enough to "communicate" with Dutta about insignificant things such as this. These kinds of "small" things are discussed with people who are very close - they require a special level of comfort and understanding! *sigh* 😍

• OMG! Did I just see what I think I saw? Supriya SMILED?! For the FIRST time through out her wedding preparations? An actual genuine smile?! That should have been a dead give away of how much more crazy this show was going to get today! 🤣

• For some reason, Nakku going through her "gifts" was the most adorable thing ever! Such a child-like thing to do - to be so blatantly intrigued by your gifts. I thought that was really cute! 😃

• Supriya so looked like she was being dragged to the slaughter house instead of being walked to the mandap! 🤣 IF that was any one else getting married to DUTTA BHAO no less, they'd be running to the mandap!
  

• Is THAT Leela trying to be stealthy? With the several head shakes and the "pink panther" walk? Seriously?! WOW! Here's one position she shouldn't apply for: detective.
• I want to know who the wedding planner for this event was? WHO set up this flimsy tent?! ONE pull at the ropes and the ENTIRE structure shakes like it's being hit by an earthquake!
  

• And NO ONE notices it the pillars going "shake-crazy" in the mandap?! No one? Dutta, I can understand was busy thinking about Nakku (I hope!) 😆. But what about the rest of them?! And what about the guests? Woh sab Dutta ko dekh rahey hongay! 🤣

• The "dad" speaks?! Wow. 😆

• Aww! Dutta excuses himself before taking a phone call! Such manners - a true gentleman don! 😍

• Omg, so the "mavali" is the only person that noticed the shaking structure?! Seriously people?! STOP STARING AT DUTTA!

• Okay, I have a question - didn't Leela just pull ONE rope loose? Which means that the other three ropes will still in place? Which means that there was NO way scientifically possible for that whole mandap "roof" to come falling down flat. NO WAY! Ye kaunsa magic mandap hai?! I want to know! 🤣

• Dutta looks genuinely surprised by the "falling mandap" - at that point he looked like any regular guy who was shocked by something happening in his home and not the big bad Dutta Bhao. I liked that. 😃

• Okay, so Supriya falls to the floor and so does the "mavali". SHE cannot get up because she's in a sari and was just attacked by the mandap AND the charging "mavali". But WHY is HE not getting up?! Why is he posed on the floor like a girl? GET UP AND HELP THE LADY, MAN! 🤣🤣

• In the end Dutta had to be the gentleman and come help her up. *sigh* This is the one time I woudln't mind being Supriya! 😳

• While Dutta bends down to help Supriya up, what does the "mavali" do? He inspects his "wounded" hand?! Seriously?! And he is supposed to "love" the girl? I might jump off a cliff if the guy claiming to "love" me is busy inspecting his "not-so-wounded" hand while I am sitting on the floor! What a douche! 🤣

• While Supriya's still on the floor, she steals glances to the "mavali" behind her - did anyone else think he was totally "showing" her his "wounded" hand as if trying to say "Look what you did!"? Bwaaahahahahahahahhaha!!! 🤣🤣

• Dutta looked seriously repulsed by the thought that Supriya was attacked in HIS home. I love how protective he is of everyone under his wing, so to speak.
  

• Omg! That "mavali" is STILL checking out his hand?! Dutta is upset, Supriya is scared (I think) and HE is checking out his hand! *gasps for air* 🤣🤣 Dude seriously! Put. Your. Hand. Down. SERIOUSLY!!! 🤣

• The mandap falls and the bodyguards (Dutta's) pull out guns?! Lol! Paranoid much? 😆

• O.M.G. I LOVED the "neck roll" that Dutta did before he asked Baji if he was also "supposed to keep an eye on the mandap now?!". Loved it! Looked like a lion "yawn/stretch" to me! *sigh* 😍

• Baji started beating up the "mandap" guy right off the bat. I like that the creatives finally showed a more "don-like" side to this situation. Any normal guy would talk and work this out - but it makes sense that Baji would get upset enough to just beat him up right away without questions, especially because of his profession.
  

• Dutta was angry when the "mandap" guy was being dragged into the house. While Baji was beating on him, he was still angry. But when Kishore stopped Baji, it was like Dutta had noticed something and now he was perplexed. As he heard the "mandap" guy explain that he'd checked everything and it wasn't his fault, to me it seemed as thought Dutta wasn't angry at him but now he was "thinking" - maybe about WHO did this or WHAT had actually happened. But one thing's for sure, he did not think that the "mandap" guy did it.
  

• Did anyone else think that before Dutta asked the "mandap" guy to leave, when he looked up ahead he was looking at the evil trio? Anyone? I know they didn't show WHO/WHAT he was looking at, but I feel it was the trio. Because he looked like he'd found the culprit - he was angry and it was a more determined and "targeted" anger (or so I thought).
  

• Lol! I love how Kaala tells Leela off! 😆 She'd TOLD her not to follow through with her childish plan, but Leela had refused to listen. And now that it had failed miserably, she was wearing that failure on her face! Two of Kaala's plans have fallen flat too, but not ONCE did she look this "obvious" about it - in fact that was one of the things that made her "elegant" in my opinion.
  

• "Tujhe itna acha laga toh shadi karwadon main teri?!" - LOVE IT! In fact that's exactly what I'd thought when I head Roops praise the "mavali" - all I could think was why don't you run off with him them and spare us the torture!? 🤣

• Both Leela and Roops really seem to "dislike" Kaala. It's sad how they aren't even "loyal" to each other. Really. It is.

• Lol, the "mavali" looked more upset for his "hurt" hand than he did for the fact that his "love" had been in such a dangerous situation just minutes ago! Supriya ne bhi chun k banda pasand kiya hai! 🤣

• O.M.G. Did ANYONE else see the buttons about to "pop" off on the "mavali's" shirt as he walked away from Supriya? Bwaaaahahahahahhahaha! 🤣 Up until now I thought he just wore shirts that looked too small, but they actually ARE too small!!! 🤣🤣

• So Leela is wondering how Supriya got "saved" from her plan this time around? If I may ask, what exactly had she hoped would happen if that flower cage fell on Supriya? Worst case senario, she'd have broken a few bones and had a concussion. HOW is that productive? At least in Kaala's plan, the end result would be death so there really would be NO wedding. But in her stupid plan, all that would have happened is maybe a delayed wedding. HOW does that help?! This has got to be the stupidest plan ever! The only saving grace was that we got to see the feminine side to the "mavali" - one that was too worried about being "hurt" a little than about the lady beside him! I've seen a 10 year old hurt worst than that and even they didn't fuss so much about it! 😆

• I wonder where Kaala was going before she got distracted by the noises from Supriya's room? 🤔

• Even when Supriya's talking to her "love" she has her back turned to him and her voice sounds emotionless - as though she's irritated by him rather than concerned for him (even though I understand why she'd be irritated by him!). Seriously, this is truly a match made in heaven. No doubts about it! 🤣

I saw that too. Sometime we tend to forget that Nakku has "color" on, but I like how the creatives don't forget details like this.

also agree with u that nakku looked like a child while examinig her gifts , she was so adorable at that point of time , lost in her own world.

dutta is such a nice guy , he looked genuinely concerned for sups who is least bothered about his feelings , my respect for him increased to another level .

and her good for nothing boy friend was acting so girly by examining his little cut , he should have been holding sups , i didnt like dutta touching her , she is not worth it. yes his shirt was so tight that i thought it would tear any moment i wish it did😡

glad now that kala knows about sups and her bf , hopefully their track will get over soon

Yeah, which is why I wasn't *sigh*-ing throught out the episode - I was just falling off my chair lauging at the mediocre display of "character" by the "mavali" instead! 🤣

But Nakku was great in her acting while checking the gifts.

Datta was a treat to watch with his cool smile throughout. Nakku's affect on him was so much that he was trying to give a chance sincerely. But what was making me go through was datta's eyes towards NAkku and his smile when Aai said she is hubh for the home. He genuiniely feels it and is more than satisifed.

You noticed that too! I knew I wasn't seeing things! He totally smiled a very "knowing" smile - like he totally believed that and LOVED that thought! 😃

It was low on the "Tasha" factor, but it had a bunch of other hilarious stuff going on in the back that was standing out to me. 😆

The only thing I loved about yesterday's episode was the looks between Dutta and Naku. It was so sweet to see Dutta assuring Naku everytime.

And that sweet smile.
