Karan calls up Nandini and Nandini tells him that he will never guess whom she found out…she found out Tanya.And there is something that is worrying her…which we should solve,so come here fast.She tells him that she would send him Tanya's address by sms.
Karan comes there .Nandini tells him that she found out why Tanya left Shantiniketan.She asks Tanya whether Tanya would like to tell him the truth or Nandini will only tell.Karan is shocked hearing this.Tanya has tears in her eyes.
Nandini tells him that Tanya got involved in a relationship which gave her so much bitterness and hurt her,that she broke down.To hide her feelings..she left Shantiniketan.Who is that traitor?And look at Tanya..she is crazy to spoil her life for him.You(karan) only ask Tanya who that person is.She might tell you.
Karan is relieved that Nandini does not know the truth.He then comes forward to ask Tanya,but Tanya says not to ask her anything,as she would not say.
Nandini tells that it is ok if she does not want to say,but she has made the people of Shantiniketan her own(apna)…and her people want Tanya back.

Aditya Gujral sits in the centre with other board members (including Viranis)Gujral welcomes everyone except 'few people'
He says: The main agenda is to appoint the chairperson.since I have 7 percent shares,I am the chairperson.he makes few others the vicepresident..and some others in viranis post.Since the viranis have little shares,they can do some workers job..there is no place for them in the board of directors.
Viranis get angry. Mihir gets up and calls Gautam and Saahil to follow.

Gautam catches Gujrals collar,but saahil stops him.Gujral again threatens him that he will destroy Damini.Gautam gets angrier,but saahil pulls him away and tells him (in their office) that Gujral is doing all this wantedly as he wants the viranis to act in haste and do something wrong.He tells Gautam to act wisely.

There Gautam calls up somebody and gives supari of 40 lakhs to kill a criminal called gujral.Just then Gujral comes in and tells him that he is foolish.He says makdi (spider) asks the makhi (fly) to come and fall prey to her in her web and the fly falls as prey.same thing is happening.As Gautam recorded gujrals words previously,similarly,Gujral also recorded Gautams talk on phone abt supari.
He also tells that he will show every1 that he has an accident and will show the recording to the police and make sure that Gautam has 10 years imprisonment.Tell Tulsi that my bad nazar is on her goodness and her house.
