Question..Why did Kasturi tell Tulsi Maa?

Kyunki is full of bloopers...

Firstly Ganga introduces Kasturi to Tulsi n rest of the Viranis now they r showing that Kasturi addressed Tulsi as Maa and told i have got strength to fight with probs..

Now how does Kasturi know Tulsi from b4 and if she knew why did Ganga introduced her to TUlsi... and above all why did tell her Maa????
