She is against Virani's bcoz Karan left her for Virani's. When Karan found out that she was bad, then he left her & became son of Tulsi, That made Mandira mad. She doesn't like Tulsi bcoz she was in love with Mihir, & she thinks just bcoz of Tulsi, she could never make Mihir hers.
