PLZZZ HELP!!! URGENT

hi guys...i haven't around here much lately and sooo many things have changed n happened ..like:

--not allow to start a topic, a poll.

--pulkit and kekta left the show n maybe akashdeep also.

--many members not here...

can somebody plzzz tell me why these changes,,, all of a sudden????

You can start a poll just not a poll COMPARING people

--pulkit and kekta left the show n maybe akashdeep also.
Kekta and Pulkit were upset that they had nothing left in the show to do so they have left not sure about Akashdeep

--many members not here...
A few members have been banned.
