has gautam saved tripti from the water only to later prove his innocence ?

or is he just hiding the knife as he knows who the real killer is

may be he is saving eklavya being his foster dad if eklavya is the killer

It is being shown that Gautam is the murderer but come on the obvious should always be doubted because when Gujral was killed it was not made obvious that Nandini was his killer so Ekta is just trying to trick us here! So it looks like Gautam is protecting someone...but I think Gautam probably found the knife and doesn't really know who the killer is but he is just hiding it because he know that Tripti pointed at a Virani ao naturally he is protecting his family but not knowing who.

I think you guys are right. Gautam is trying to protect his family.

I believe the killer is Tripti's first husband. He never cared about Tripti in his life. He always gave preference to money more than Tripti. Tripti was just a motive to get lots of money and when he found out that she is owner of 500 crores. He decided to kill her so he can have everything thats why he got sooooooo pissed off when the lawyer read her will. So in other words, he killed her but for nothing and now he can't even make more money as she is dead. The reason I doubt him that if he can let his wife sleep with someone else for money then he can do anything.

Gautam is not the killer, he is trying to save someone who is really close to him-Nakul, Eku,or Mihir
Sahil(his cousin-I don't think he is close to Sahil as he never liked Sahil)
