Abhi continues to speak on the phone. As soon as he hears "I am Mrs.Rathe", he is angered and asks why she called? She says her son is sick and he will have to be immediately operated. She needs five lakh rupees for it. Abhi says he is going to Delhi and will return in 2 -4 days and will try to help her. But the woman is in tears and says she can't wait. Abhi says he is not refusing, but asking her to wait. Then he again warns not to call him again. Shobha enters the room, as Abhi places the receiver back. For a moment, fear grips him, with the thoughts that Shobha has over heard the conversation. But she just says that his bag is ready. He leaves, promising to come back soon.
Sanwari and Banwari are excited and talking in whispers. Baa asks about Indu. They claim innocence and say they do not know. Baa understands that they are hiding something and says that she wanted to tell Indu about a prospective groom. Then they say it is too late as she has already gone to meet a boy at some place.
Ganga joins the office. The brothers welcome her. Damini phones to wish her good luck. Savitha over hears the conversation and say that the equation changes once a woman starts going out of the house and Damini ought to be cautious. Gayathri says that even Savitha supported her when she opened "Amba Bhavan". Damini also very politely says that it was Ganga's dream to contribute to Virani Industries. If she had never got an opportunity, a part of her would always be disappointed. And with Ganga joining the office, her aspirations are fulfilled and that would solve problems, not create them.
Mrs.Rathe calls Karan and appeals to him for help. The conversation goes on for some time. Gautam tries to call Karan and finds his phone engaged. He enquires with a secretary and she answers that Karan is on a important call with Mrs. Rathe. Gautam wonders what Karan has do with her? Karan refuses to help finally.
Mrs.Rathe finally meets Shobha. They have an exchange of words. Mrs.Rathe announces that its weirs that Shobha married the murdered of her first husband. Shobha slaps her. Then Mrs.Rathe blames her fate. Firstly Rathe accepted a mistake which he had not committed and now her son is ill. She produces some passport and says that it proves Rathe's innocence. Shobha agrees to pay for the treatment of her son, provided she can prove her words. They set out together.
Indu is at a restaurant looking a guy and drinking loads of water. Baa goes to the restaurant and asks the waiter to get the visiting card of the person. The waiter obliges.
She is happy to discover that the name on the visiting card is that of an acquaintance. He is the great grand son of Manikchand Patel, a wealthy family in Mauritius and a friend of Govardhan Virani. She calls up and both parties are excited to meet again after a long gap and even more pleased that they can actually be related by marriage. The boy is kabir. Family over hears the conversation and is happy for Indu and decide to surprise her.
Mrs.Rathe goes to the prison to meet her husband. He is anxious and asks her if Abhi was ready to help them. She is silent. Then he curses Abhi. The guy made great promises and so Rathe accepted to save him. He married the widow of his friend and is enjoying life and rathe is in prison because of him. Shobha steps forward and Rathe is stunned. Shobha is even more shocked.
Tomorrow: Jeetendra is shouting at his wife on the banks of a river (seemed more like a temple pond"). Thulsi and Mihir are witness to the scene. Thulsi unable to control herself says "Koun hain who admi? Biwi se bath karne ki tameez nahi hai?" Jeetendra slowly turns to face Thulsi. The wife is a mute spectator.
