No..KN are not legally married!

After a 7 year or more separation(not seeing each other or having contact), you are divorced automatically!..

That 7 year separation thing doesn't apply in Hindu religion. Maybe in other religions, it is so. I really dunno about the others, but not in the Hindu one.
