Which song are you talking about? Is it "Hare Krishna Hare Krishna" which passengers in the bus were chanting?

The song "natkhat bansi wale gokul ke raja, meri ankhiyaan taras gayin ab toh aaja" is from "Saudagar" movie.

And that "Hare Krishna" mantra is from scriptures of Hinduism. Its oldest known source is "Kalisantarana Upanishad". It also finds mention in Padm Puran and in Agni Puran.
Chaitanya Mahaprabhu made this mantra popular in all over India.
Sri Prabhpad(founder of ISKCON) made it popular in western countries.
Members of ISKCON(International Society of Krishna Consciousness) chant this mantra a lot.
