i think it was that kisna and radha performed their duty(dharam) as a husband/wife to their spouses but still loved each other immensly...so maybe kt is doing the same

radha krishna(kisna-north indians commonly call him that) are hindu gods... their story is kinda of an intertaining one... krishnaji is a well known handsome god and is especially known for his flirtatiousness w/ the gopis(local girls)... he often plays the flute in a beautiful tune to which radha ji dances to...radha ji is krishna's favorite ...although he gives everyone equal importance he loves radhaji the most...their undying love for each other makes them famous...radhaji is somewhat jealous that he flirts w/ the gopis and just doesn't only belong to her...but everyone knows he's a harmless flirt and his love/dedication for radhaji is unmatchable...they both loved each other more than anything else, nothing else mattered to them besides each other...but as all love stories would have it...krishna marries someone else and so does radhaji... everyone knows that even they are married to different people they both love each other very much still...but do not give up their dharam(duty) as a spouse...

this is a bootleg version of the actual story but those are the basic points of them.. thats why laksh and kt are often compared to radha krishna...
