Resshmi Ghosh is enjoying her role and popularity as Bhoomi in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and now she is also looking forward to marriage with her actor-boyfriend Amit Gupta. Recently rumours about their split did disturb her a lot. "I have always been open about my relationship with Amit . He was seen in Apne Mere Apne and Karamchand but the rumours and insinuations have been too much," she says referring to stories which claimed she had broken off with Amit and found solace in the arms of co star Manav Vij who plays her on screen husband in Kyunki.

Resshmi and Amit have been engaged for three years now as they both were looking for stable careers before they tied the knot. "There's absolutely nothing wrong between us and we do plan to tie the knot sometime this year. We did have small problems which exist in every relationship but it got blown out of proportion. Manav is a good friend and a cool co-star. There is nothing between us. I am very happy with Amit thank you," she says succinctly.
