How did the docs find out that this patient is the daughter-in-law of the illustrious Virani family in Mumbai?

And if they did uncover this bizarre incident, how come they didnt alert the Viranis and call them here to witness the opening of tulsi's bandages. Wouldnt the husband want to be in front of his wife when she first opened her eyes? Also, wouldnt doing it this way make it more believable for the family to accept her as Tulsi? Atleast they would have come to her before revealing the changed face..

I think all this has to do with a twist into the story. Someone might have helped tulsi.

Yeah that makes more sense... someone must have surely helped her.
But who? The night of the accident, she couldnt have come across someone from back home who came to help her right?
Maybe a new character?

remember tripti asked lakshmi to run away after her wedding ? she must've seen tulsi's pic in santhiniketan n while running away, she encountered the accident. She identified tulsi n saved her.. as she knows the bahus are evil(eg:tripti) , she dint inform anyone in SN for tulsi's safety..
