I don't know if he should be punished, but he tried forcing KT once more and I am sure this would continue if not treated. He needs to be treated or whatever needs to be done to make sure this doesn't happen again to KT or anyother girl around Mayank.

he needs to be punished because isme kt ka kya kasoor......i mean then every mentally challenged person can get away with raping an innocent woman.......but i think the level of punishment probably should not be as big as it would be for a normal person who has knowingly raped someone......the fact that he was about to commit the act again shows that mayank is bound to commit the crime again........so its necessary for him to understand that it is wrong............damini is doing a wrong thing by protecting mayank.........she does not have the right to leave kt's rapist unpunished.........naina

I know he is mentally challenged but he does need to realise that whe he did is wrong. He should be punished by sending him to a mental institute

1st of all i dont see how someone who is mentally challenged can rape someone? tats jus defies logic. if we accept that fact then if he raped her he sould be punished. no matter what his age is. you cant have the good of both. just cos hes a kid he gets away but hes allowed to do what he wants. maybe not challenged but a rehab or smthg.

yes he should be punished for what he has done like in the past few episodes u see someone is still trying to do it again and someone is harassing her and if that person still hasn't stopped yeah they should be punished like y shouldn't he be just cause he has a 12yrs. old brain well it doesn't matter everyone needs equal treatment if he could rape someone he can stand his punishment i hate mayankkkkk

Though Mayank deosnt know what he has done but he has commited a henious crime. He is a danger to society as large even though he might not be aware of it. Today it was KT, next time it can be some other girl he starts liking. Where is the limit?? He should be stopped and should be give proper medication or sent to proper institution so that other females in his vicinity can be saved.
So yes Mayank should be given proper treatment and not allowed to wander among females for sure.
