no because remember that eklavya had drop kt to her and she kind of drunk and only remember that someone had drop her to her room.so it's just ekta trying to drag story and want to make eklavya negative to keep story going on.

yeah its mayank...n later eku will take the blame on himself in order to save mayank ..cause he cares for him alot n he's also the apple of damini's eye n everything...remember how in the beginning eku brought mayank with him
