Sahil and his family.. they are protrayed such that, that they cannot afford to even buy new dress once in a year... Do you think that is justified... ? 😕

Eku and his bro were deciding which sherwani to wear and his bro was saying that they cannot buy a new one and his mom i.e. trupti cannot afford to buy new saree also..and he said that they are just living in this mahal (SN) but are really beggers....

I dont get it.. first up all... they possibly cannot be so poor... I mean Sahil works and so does Nakul.... and they dont have to bear the day to day (Kitchen groceries, electricity, gas, and other common expenses in the SN household cos Karan does that.. plus Sahil works in Ganga's company now and that his salary is good cos when Ganga appointed Sahil said that she doesnt want her children to suffer cos of Sahil's low earning capacity.. so she had given Sahil enough salary.. and also Nakul works.. so to show them so poor as in they cannot buy new clothes say even in a year.. is just too much...

Also Karan has deposited something one or two crores rupees in Sahil account.. which Sahil said he will not use but still Sahil is working and so is Nakul ... and Sahil's salary is good as per Ganga's dialouge.. so Why is Ekta showing them so poor that they cannot buy even new clothes once or twice a year... that is beyond me... Every time it is shown Nakul frurstrated cos of not able to buy simple stuff.. and that is just stretching too far...

yeah it is streching it toooo far, and why isnt lakshya working??? he did say he was working for virani industries and got fired by mihir, (i don't know how true that it).

Correct Singh23.. why cannot laksh work.. come on.. if not virani then some other company.. why is he whiling away his time romancing KT.. when his family needs money desperately.. or in Ekta's serial cute boys first romance and then work..

and Tripti is thinking of Laksh marriage but not of Nakul when Nakul is elder.. and Laksh also doesnt ever say that Nakul is older so he should marry first.. just thinking about KT KT and KT.. life main romance, pyaar, ishq, hota hai but also life is much more than that.. especially and more so when your family is in deep financial trouble as protrayed in the serial....

Ekta forgets what she showed for any given family earlier, she just puts in her show whatever comes to mind, so what happened two weeks ago has no connection at all this week, because she forgot that there is money in Sahil's account, she forgot Nakul is working, but she just remembered that they are sooooooooooo poor that they can't afford to buy anything.

in defence of lakshya - as always, 😆 - he's still at college! as is kt. (on the day of ansh's memorial ceremony, kt asks lakshya if he's not going to college that day.)

his stint at mihir's office could have been just a summer internship, or a story to support his wanting to scare kt before her interview!

about the theme of this posting - i think what it was to show is that nakul desperately feels the lack of money because of his great rivalry with manthan. t

hat seems to be the driving force in his life -- nakul needs to prove himself better than manthan.

even if his mom wore a silk saree and tonnes of jewellry, it'd have to be BETTER than tanya's for nakul to be happy.

i think that was the point of that scene? what he said was not to be taken literally. although it did feel funny the way he kept on going about lakshya's shoes! 😊
