Joydeep to get a new look

There's good news for all Joydeep fans. The Jassi of "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi", Joydeep will be transformed into a hunk very soon. Manav Vij, a homeopath and clinical psychologist-turned actor has several Punjabi and Telugu films to his credit.

"Given my background, it would seem like I need the serial more than it needs me," he says. His character is inspired by Tusshar Kapoor's role in the film Gayab.

Joydeep will get a makeover to impress his wife Bhumi.
When asked about his makeover, Manav said, "I still have not got the confirmation from the production house about my makeover. It will happen sometime in the coming months. Whenever, I went outside people asked me to change my look."

Anil Nagpal, who writes the story and screenplay of the serial said, "We are planning to change his look, but not now as the movement of the present track is not concentrated on him. We will add some twists to the track and that will decide his looks. He is very handsome in real life. We will make him look like a real hero."
