But you know what? What does Tulsi Maiyya expect? Without giving any solid reason except for "What I say goes", she turns around one day and says the wedding won't happen. If Nandini was there instead of Tanya, even she would have questioned Tulsi Maiyya's attitude. I don't understand why that woman cannot EVER find it in her to tell the TRUTH? How hard is it? For someone who preaches truth and honesty, she doesn't apply that rule to herself. Tanya may have been rude, but if only Tulsi had told her the ACTUAL truth about what was going on, then even Tanya would have understood...

100% agreed......very well written.....i like tanya....and i dont think it was her fault....obviously she would havent been rude to tulsi..if tulsi had told her the truth....

Completely agree!! Tulsi's turned into some sort of maniac who wants to brain wash people to have them work under her dictatorship. Honestly, she's like a stuck-up arrogant old lady who doesn't care an ounce for other's feelings and/or reactions. It's their god-damn life!! Not only that, but she is a hypocrite. When she preached on how Bhumi shouldn't elope and get married, did she conveniently forget that even she had done the same thing? She'd run away with Mihir so what's wrong with Bhumi running away with Abhir? Why these double standards when it comes to others? And Tanya's no mind-reader. It's always Tulsi's fault. Why does she have to keep everything a big damn secret? It's just out of my thinking.

So trueee

I think what hurt Tanya more that despite her telling Tulsi
that Bhumi wanted to marry Abhir, without the least regard for Bhumi as an individual, without taking into consideration her feelings, Tulsi went ahead and fixed her marriage up with someone else. She did not even bother to clarify with Bhumi under the pretext of "I know what is good for her " blah blah blah...I applaud Tanya for what she did, she stood up for her daughter's rights as a human being. Lets think about it objectively......Without considering the guy in question.

Excellent, I totally agree.

Tanya has always been sidelined by the whole Virani family (especially Karan) as if she is some baby-sitter who gets paid for doing her job and has no say in the upbringing of the children or family issues. The way Tulsi walked up to Karan even before Tanya could talk to him shows there is no difference between Tulsi and her horrible MIL Savita. Tulsi is behaving exactly like Savita, granny takes the decisions for her children, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren etc...parents go take a walk and come, ur decisions just dont matter. Plus, whats wrong in the telling the whole family the truth about Abhir...thats how things work out in families, right. People dont keep secrets to themselves. Tulsi was better off alone with KT in Varnasi.
