hmm..im not suree actually but i think so she is cuz no girl wud say that she is pregnant and ruin/embarass her and her familys respect but on the other hand i also think she isnt cuz mayb its just a lie to get married with abhir.."u never know"..

I don't think she's faking it because there was an article posted some time back that said Bhoomi would get pregnant and most likely Joydeep will eventually marry her.

I'm not very sure but i vagely remember reading something along the lines.

i think she is pragent with abhir's baby becuase they both were attracted to eachother. but during her pragency period she is gonna find out abhir's real face and will decide to leave abhir and then joydeep will start taking care of bhoomi and everyone will see these and karan will get bhoom i and joydeep married. but before there wedding joydeep will fall in love with bhoomi. bhoomi will take some time to fall in love with joydeep.
